Lindsay Lohan wants to see her family before heading to rehab!
Looks like Lindsay Lohan will be out of the chokey this week, and if it were up to her, she’d head straight to her family for a little down time. But according to her attorney Shawn Chapman Holley, that may not be possible.
“She’s a little upset right now,” attorney Shawn Chapman Holley said after a visit with Lohan on Tuesday, PEOPLE reports. “She’d like to spend some time with her family, and there’s at least some question as to whether or not she’ll have to go directly to rehab.”
Prosecutors said Tuesday that LiLo must report to a Los Angeles rehab facility within 24 hours of her release from jail, which should be this Sunday or Monday. Chapman is worried that Lohan may have to go directly to rehab with no interim.
“I think it would only be fair for her to spend some time with her family and that’s what she’d like for me to emphasize to the judge,” Holley said.
