According to TMZ, 40-year-old Aretha Wilson, the lady who slashed Leonardo DiCaprio’s face open with a drinking glass in 2005 is finally behind bars.

She originally fled the country after the attack and has now been extradited back to the United States where she will be sentenced for her crimes.

The incident took place at Paris Hilton’s former lover Rick Salomon’s home in 2005. Aretha reportedly hit Leo in the face with a drinking glass.

DiCaprio needed 17 stitches to close up his face and ear. Ouch! That is no small cut.

Wilson has been charged with assault with a deadly weapon. She is in custody awaiting trail.

It’s unbelievable. For about a year we hear nothing about Tara Reid and now all the sudden the paps are all over her! What is going on? I guess if you act a fool someone is going to take a picture of it.

Here she is again getting her party on, but this time her attention is focused on NBA star Dennis Rodmann in St. Tropez, France.

Tara’s ex-fiance Michael Axtmann was also there, but party goers say she was very flirtatious with Dennis through out the night.

Update: Snooki’s been released!

MTV’s Jersey Shore star Snooki has been arrested! And to nobody’s surprise the rumored charge is disorderly conduct. An officer at the Seaside Heights, New Jersey police department confirms that she is still in custody.

TMZ.com reports she was busted for disorderly conduct. The site has footage of a wobbly Snooki falling off a bike moments before getting cuffed.

A rep for MTV tells Us, “No comment.”

What? No more Speidi? Heidi Montag has officially filed for divorce from husband Spencer Pratt. Heidi filed for legal seperation 2 months ago and now has taken the next step citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the end of the marriage .

“Heidi has amended her petition for separation and today has filed a petition for dissolution of marriage from Spencer Pratt,” Montag’s lawyer Jodeane Farrell tells PEOPLE. “The couple has agreed they would like their divorce to be finalized in a timely manner in an out of court settlement. Both parties are amicable with each other and over the possibility of finalizing their divorce.”

Just recently, Pratt, 26, admitted to choosing fame over his wife telling PEOPLE, “We love each other but I’m a fame whore and I’ll never grow out of it. [Heidi] knows that and doesn’t want that.”

I still wonder if this is all a big hoax. What do you think? Is Speidi truly over or is this just another one of ther publicity stunts?

Oksana Grigorieva is finally talking about the battle between her and actor Mel Gibson.

She discusses the horrifying audio tapes, her daughter Lucia, and the abuse allegations she has made against Mel Gibson.

“I’m devastated. Everybody’s devastated,” Grigorieva, 40, tells Radaronline in her first extended interview since the scandal broke a few weeks ago.

“It is unfair that by standing up to somebody — and speaking out — I am being victimized all over again. He has hurt so many people.”

Finally, she explains why she chose to tape the shocking, obscenity-laced phone calls and voicemails from Gibson that have stormed the web.

“Because I didn’t think I was going to make it through the night,” she explains.

She adds that all of that disturbing audio was recorded during one night.

“Everything, by the way, this is really important, all the tapes that you hear on the Internet, all of them were recorded that one night…The tapes, as you call them, the voicemails, everything was recorded that night because I was in fear for my life.”

“I really did not think I was going to make it.”

She also says that Mel’s claim that she tried to extort him are totally false and that it is merely a smear campaign.
