Chris Klein could find himself behind bars for 4 days if he’s found guilty of his second DUI offense!

Klein was arrested on June 16th around 3 a.m. after he was caught driving erratically. He was found to have a blood alcohol level of nearly three times the legal limit!!

The actor has been charged with two offenses: driving under the influence with a prior conviction and driving with a .08 blood alcohol level or higher. Klein’s previous conviction was in 2005.

Due to a new California law for repeat DUI offenders, Klein might have to do a breath check for alcohol in his system each time he wants to drive his car. The California Highway Patrol spokesman Leland Tang confirmed, “If he wants his license back, Klein will have to get an interlock device installed in his car and blow into it every time he wants to start the engine.”

Last week, Klein voluntarily checked himself into rehab at Cirque Lodge in Utah. At the time, his rep told PEOPLE, “After recent events, Chris was forced to take a clear look at a problem he has been trying to deal with himself for years. He understands now that he cannot beat this disease alone. He thanks everyone for their support as he takes all the necessary steps to deal with his addiction and asks for privacy while doing so.”

Klein’s arraignment is set for July 9.

Specialists say that the reason this has happened comes from years and years of glue, staples, tapes and more to keep weaves in her head. The specialist (according to Daily Mail) also said this is what Britney Spears head looks like underneath!

It appears that years of wearing tight hair extensions have taken a toll on the model’s natural hair, causing severe breakage.

Hair loss associated with hair braiding, weaving and extensions is known as ‘traction alopecia’.

Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, Victoria Beckham and Alexandra Burke are all reported to have suffered similar symptoms as a result of their extensions.

While prolonged traction can cause permanent loss of hair in the affected areas, it is reversible if caught early.

Trichologist to the stars Philip Kingsley said tight hair styles, pony tails, hard brushing and hair extensions could all lead to traction hair loss.

‘The old-fashion hair extensions were put in by weaving threads which had hairs attached to them between the natural hair,’ he said.

‘They were weaved next to the scalp and tightly knotted at each end to secure them.’

Its official: Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green were married in a private ceremony in Hawaii last week!

The couple made it official on June 24 at the Four Seasons in Hawaii. It was a very small ceremony, and Brian’s son (with Las Vegas star Vanessa Marcil) Kassius, 8, was among the few attendees.

Fox, 24, and Green, 36, first met on the set of the Kelly Ripa sit-com Hope and Faith around 2004, and initially announced their engagement in 2006. After some rocky times — including a February 2009 breakup — the pair looked very much like a couple in love when photographers snapped them visiting the Hawaiian islands over Memorial Day weekend 2010.

The marriage is the first for both.

‘Melrose Place’ actress Amy Locane-Bovenizer has been charged with vehicular homicide following a wine-fueled crash Sunday night in Montgomery, New Jersey, that left one woman dead and a man in critical condition.

Locane-Bovenizer was involved in a hit-and-run collision near Princeton with an unrelated car at around 9 PM Sunday. While attempting to leave the scene of that accident, she slammed her 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe into the passenger side of another vehicle, killing Helene Seeman, the Star-Ledger reports. The driver of the car, Fred Seeman, was flown to a nearby hospital where he was listed in critical condition as of Monday afternoon.

In Princeton, just miles away from the fatal crash in Montgomery, the 38-year-old actress rear-ended a different vehicle, Somerset County Acting Prosecutor A. Peter DeMarco, Jr. said in a statement. Locane-Bovenizer fled the scene when the driver of that car attempted to call for help, so he followed her, telling police that the actress was “swerving and knocking down several mailboxes.”

Following the Princeton collision, Locane-Bovenizer drove the 17 miles to Montgomery, where she struck the Seeman’s car. Officers on the scene said she had alcohol on her breath and her eyes were bloodshot. She was arrested and taken to a nearby medical center to have her blood-alcohol level tested.

Locane-Bovenizer has been charged with second-degree vehicular homicide and third-degree assault by automobile. At her arraignment on Monday afternoon, Superior Court Judge Robert Reed set her bail at $50,000.

She faces 5-10 years in state prison if convicted, and in accordance with state law, she would be required to serve 85 percent of the term without parole.

While in custody, the actress admitted to having several glasses of wine that day. Locane-Bovenizer, who currently resides near the scene of the accidents in central New Jersey, may have been leaving the Off-Broadstreet Theatre in Hopewell, where a play in which she stars had a matinee showing on Sunday.

Locane-Bovenizer starred opposite Johnny Depp in the 1990 film ‘Cry-Baby’ and had a prominent role in the star-studded 1994 film ‘Airheads’ with Adam Sandler and Chris Farely. Other acting credits include ‘School Ties’ with Brendan Fraser and the 2002 indie film ‘Secretary,’ starring Maggie Gyllenhaal. She is best known for her run as aerobics instructor Sandy Louise Harling on the hit series ‘Melrose Place.’

The actress married Mark Bovenizer in 2008 and the couple has two daughters, ages 3 and 1.
