   I see Katie still has no clue how to appropriately dress a child, a sleeveless dress when she’s in a sweater and coat. Brilliant. I wonder if she is an idiot or if that child makes the decisions because she is spoiled rotten and can’t be made to wear proper clothing? Either way she’s not being a good parent.
