Robert Pattinson is taking on a new role – and it’s not live-action.
The New Moon hottie is the subject of a comic book, Fame: Robert Pattinson, a look at the 23-year-old Brit’s life from his start as an actor to his work as Edward Cullen in the Twilight series. The 32-page comic book arrives in stores in May.

Mariah Carey said via Twitter Thursday that her remix album “Angels Advocate” will come out March 30, pushed back from February 23.
Carey released two songs this week off the set: a duet of “Angel Cry” with Ne-Yo and “Up Out of My Face” featuring Nicki Minaj. Videos for both songs, directed by Carey and husband, Nick Cannon, hit the web Thursday.
Carey now goes up against Usher, who is set to release his new Jive Records album, “Raymond Vs. Raymond,” on the same date. “Angels Advocate” is her 13th studio album and will feature new remixes and duets of songs from her 2009 under-achiever, “Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel.”
Carey is currently on her “Angels Advocate” tour, which is set to wrap up on February 27 at the Pearl Concert Theater in Las Vegas.

Earlier this week, British tabloids reported that Brad Pitt’s “drinking and pot smoking” could lead to a split from girlfriend of five years Angelina Jolie.
Samm Levine, Pitt’s costar in Quentin Tarantino’s Inglourious Basterds, admits the actor, 46, likes to throw back a few.
“Oh, he’s a fine drinking buddy,” Levine, 27, told UsMagazine.com at the Sundance Film Festival Wednesday. “Between Brad and Quentin, I would die of alcohol poisoning on day two if I had to keep up with those guys!”
Joking aside, he said it was “great” working with Pitt.
“Brad and I had a great talk about accents because I loved the accent that he was doing, and we had a wonderful fun time,” Levine said. “I began poking fun on Jon Voight’s accent from Anaconda.”
He didn’t realize until later that Voight, 71, was Jolie’s father.
“So we had a great long conversation about that, and then I walked away, and thought, ‘Jon Voight is kinda like his father, isn’t he?’” Levine told Us. “That probably wasn’t the best person to talk about!”
Luckily, “it turned out not to be a big deal,” Levine told Us.
Levine said Pitt probably isn’t sweating those split rumors, either.
“Brad’s just about the coolest guy,” he said. “Everything rolls right off his back.”

The wedding is off!
Eli Stone star Natasha Henstridge and her fiance Darius Danesh have broken their engagement, UsMagazine.com has confirmed.
“Natasha and Darius are no longer engaged, but they do remain friends,” a rep for the actress, 35, tells Us.
Henstridge, who is based in Los Angeles, began dating Danesh, who is currently starring on the UK TV show Popstar to Operastar, in 2006. They got engaged a year later.
A source close to the former couple tells Us, “They tried to make it work. They both really care about one another but their careers took them in different directions. Darius is spending a lot of time in the UK, as Natasha is based in Los Angeles. They are sad but they will remain great friends.”
Of their wedding plans, Henstridge told Hello magazine, “We’ll have a party in Newfoundland, where I’m from. Something really casual — like a lobster boil or boating on the ocean with my family. And then a Persian-themed bash in Scotland with [Darius'] family.”
They were also considering saying “I Do” in Scotland, Mexico or California.
“We just can’t choose,” she told InStyle Weddings magazine. “We’re leaning toward the beach with immediate family and friends.”

As performances go, Steven Tyler nailed it.
The longtime Aerosmith frontman, who announced in December that he had entered rehab for pain management and an addiction to prescription painkillers, put on a brief show in the unlikeliest of places: a Home Depot.
Last Saturday, the singer, 61, visited the home improvement store’s outlet in Rancho Mirage, Calif., where he serenaded shoppers over the p.a. system with Aerosmith hits “Dude Looks Like a Lady” and “I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing.”
Oddly, it wasn’t his only impromptu desert gig lately. On Jan. 19, he also joined a group of people at the Tilted Kilt, a Palm Desert pub, watching a karaoke competition. After two singers were booed during their rendition of “I Don’t Want To Miss A Thing,” Tyler grabbed the mike and finished the song, Mike May (a.k.a. DJ Kermie), who was working that night, told the Desert Sun.
The sightings have led to speculation that the singer has completed his treatment. In fact, Tyler is still in rehab.
“Steven Tyler has completed the first 30 days of intensive sobriety treatment and is now in a 90-day residential day treatment program,” Eric Sherman, the president of Tenth Street Entertainment, Tyler’s management company, tells PEOPLE.
A source close to Tyler explains that the singer “has privileges to leave the grounds,” and the reason for his Home Depot trip was simple: “He was shopping.”
Sherman says the singer is “a performer 24/7 – whether he’s on stage, at the Home Depot or singing karaoke,” and adds, “We are all really proud of Steven’s continuing successful therapy and look forward to the day he returns to the stage and recording studio with Aerosmith to make new music for the fans.”
Tyler, who has suffered orthopedic injuries over the past decade that have left him with chronic pain, will require additional surgeries on his knees and feet, his physician, Dr. Brian McKeon, Assistant Clinical Professor of Orthopedics at Tufts School of Medicine, said in December.
In a recent interview, Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry expressed hope that Tyler would be well enough to rejoin the band in the future: “I’m ready to write with him, to play on stage with him anytime he’s physically ready and wants to do it.”
