I’m back at the hotel after a loooooong day, and downloading all of the pictures I took today!  The MTV Movie awards were awesome, Twilight stole the show, of course.

I’m hoping to get some pictures up tonight, but if not – it’ll be tomorrow.  We’re flying out early and should be back tomorrow afternoon.

PS: I thought Andy Samberg did an amazing job!

So last night we started our night by going to a VIP party at the House of Campari. It was an art event, that I was graciously invited to by Claire Glenedel (thank you!). There was some really amazing art to look at, as well as a whole bunch of weird stuff I can’t even begin to describe.  Coolest part of that party, was Vera Wang was also there. I kept running into her, but I never did work up the nerve to say hello – I’m too big of a chicken! I should probably get over that before I go to the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday.  Maybe I should have a few drinks first?

After that, we headed to the Bigfoot Lounge, and that was fun!! The drinks weren’t very expensive (cheaper than Portland!), and they were tasty!  After that – we sorta got a bit lost, well, a lot lost…the freeways here are confusing! We ended up at some dive bar a couple miles from our hotel, and closed the place down.

We slept in until 10:45 – and now we’re dressed and ready to head out and see more sights.  I’ll twitter more later!

I’m here in LA, and sitting in my hotel room after a short flight – and a long drive (traffic) to the hotel.  We just grabbed a bite to eat, and now we’re planning our next move. Probably going to head out in a minute and see some sights…not sure where we’ll end up!

Things have been rough for the Gosselin family lately and things don’t seem to be looking up anytime soon.

It would seem that John and Kate (and their are being investigated by the Pensylvania deptartment of labor to make sure they are complying with child labor laws.

“I can confirm that our bureau of labor law compliance is conducting an investigation as they do whenever they receive a charge,” said Christopher Manlove, a spokesman for the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry.

Manlove would not say who filed the complaint, when it was filed or what the exact allegations are. “Because the case is ongoing I can’t discuss the content of the investigation,” he said.
