Joe Jonas Poses in Controversial Photo
First Miley Cyrus, now Joe Jonas.
The Jonas Bro slants his eyes — considered defamatory to Asian people — in a photo that recently surfaced on GossipTeen.com. No word on when or where the shots were taken.
Cyrus posed similarly in pictures that surfaced last February.
“I’ve also been told there are some people upset about some pictures taken of me with friends making goofy faces! Well, I’m sorry if those people looked at those pics and took them wrong and out of context!” she wrote on her official fansite after being called out for them.
Advocate group OCA released a statement saying Cyrus “encouraged and legitimized the taunting and mocking of people of Asian descent, [and] she has also insulted her many Asian Pacific American fans.”

how is this picture racist? but besides that, this picture was taken like 4 maybe even 5 FRICKEN YEARS AGO!!!!!!
that’s stupid. suing someone for a non- racist picture taken way back in the past.
if everyone harbored on all the mistakes we’ve made (at least that far in the past), we’d all be in jail.

ummm, first, this photo was taken in like 2005-06. and second, im not asian, but i still dont see how this is “taunting and mocking of people of Asian descent”
everyone has made faces like that before, but it suddenly becomes a big deal when someone famous gets caught on camera doing it. i think u asian people need to relax and move on. the jonas brothers, miley or any other teen celeb u want to call out arent doing anyhting racist by slanting their eyes. just leave them alone. they are not hating on you, so chill out. no need to sue people.

Who doesnt at there age do that. Wow seriously and besides this pic is super old i have seen it plently of times its like when he was 16 or younger. You guys need to chill. Teens are that way. Why cant you let them live there lifes how they want

Joe doesn’t need to mock Asians by closing his eyes….his eyes are already tiny…..God knows why they are famous????????????????
