   I am convinced this is a marriage of convenience and companionship. He is gay (and yes, HOT) and she, well, she seems like a smart, lovely woman, but so much older…but do you ever see them being couplish, at all, ever???? I don’t know…he probably wanted children, she also wanted children…so they adopted and the rest of history.

   Agreed. I initially thought that was his mother (and not a very attractive one at that!). Something must be going on.

   YES, mar, in fact the Jackmans are often seen “being couplish”. There is a video clip of them and their kids and some friends at Bronte Beach park last weekend, and Hugh is seen kissing his wife. Just because the celebrity blogs don’t post photos like that, doesn’t mean it never happens. And that’s not an isolated incident. I’ve seen photos of them out shopping together, leaving the gym together, going to parties together. That’s “being couplish”. You certainly don’t expect to see photos of them in the privacy of their bedroom, do you??

   i think they are probably the most genuine Hollywood couple. they married for love and not superficial bullshit. They are both intelligant people who are involved in a lot of charity work and are politically active. Thus having a lot more depth thn most hollywood couples. Maybe their love goes a lot deeper than botox and silicone. How superficial are all these comments that she looks old and not very attracitive!! i think she looks great, radiant and NATURAL!! some men are actauuly attracted to a women with depth rather than just a skinny plastic waiff.

   i dont think he is gay those rumours only came when he did the boy from oz. has society become so superficial, critical and shallow that a man like hugh jackman can’t be in love with a woman like deb. its a damn rite shame because judging just from the many photos of them together it seems like a deep, true love. actors are just normal ppl some shallow others not and hugh jackman is not shallow.

   one should note that the comments about his sexuality have been predominantly from americans, in australia it isn’t an issue. i mean if the aussies dont think he’s gay they should know! (not mean’t to be derogatory, just fact.)
