Actress Eva Longoria Parker thought she was looking into a dessert mirror at her 33rd birthday party in Miami, Florida at the weekend - her vanilla rum cake featured her likeness.

The Desperate Housewives star’s personal assistant commissioned Miami cakemakers at Edda’s Cake Designs to create the tasty sweet treat. A source claims an artist and baker spent three hours working on the dessert, using a photo of Longoria Parker as their inspiration.

An insider says, “Eva loved the cake. She giggled with delight when it was brought in.”
