Grey’s Anatomy star, “McSteamy” Eric Dane is undergoing laser surgery to remove a saucy tattoo from his arm. The actor has agreed to the treatment because his wife Rebecca Gayheart hates the etching of a naked woman.

A source tells Star magazine, “The surgery is painful because it’s in a tender place. But Eric thinks it’s worth it to keep Rebecca happy.”
