Britney may have her kids drug tested
Britney Spears is on the attack!
Kevin Federline has long complained that ex Britney Spears has their kids hooked on sugar and fast food. But now Britney’s accusing Kevin of exposing their children to something far more dangerous: marijuana.
“Britney believes Kevin’s been smoking pot in front of the kids,” says a friend of hers. “She says she can smell it in the boys’ hair and on their clothes when she has her visitation with them.”
Britney’s so upset, she’s determined to have Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, drug-tested to confirm her suspicions. “She’s asked the court-appointed monitor and her lawyers if they can prove the kids have been exposed to environments in which drugs have been taken,” an insider says. They told her she should snip off a few strands of their hair right after they’ve returned from Kevin’s place and have them analyzed in a lab.
Indeed, “testing for secondhand marijuana use can be done using a lock of hair,” confirms addiction expert Marty Brenner. “The test must be done within a day or two after exposure. Secondhand smoke would definitely show up, and results usually come back in a couple of days.”
Since Brit, 26, submits to regular court-ordered drug tests herself, her legal team intends to call an emergency hearing if Sean and Jayden test positive for pot. “Kevin could lose custody,” says the insider.

Hey if she’s finally up for fighting back, then good for her! K-Fed is no golden child, so I wouldn’t doubt if he’s trying to make her look worse than she already does while he continues to be the same person he has always been.

ESCUSE ME….but these children SHOULD NOT be exposed to marijuana!!! It may not be “far more dangerous” (IN YOUR OPINION) than sugar and fast food but these kids, if exposed, will think that it is ok to smoke pot…or do whatever drugs Kevin is doing in front of them…Have y’all ever heard the saying, “Monkey See, Monkey Do?” I’m soooo glad Britney has FINALLY got smart about something. We all know that Kevin was going around on the set of that tv show smoking pot….
Speedmonkey: The reason she has a say is because she IS their mother. No matter how stupid she is sometimes…she is still their mother and she should have say whether they are around drugs or whatever! She should not be the only one having to submit to drug tests…Kevin also should. Look at pictures of him…he looks high in just about every picture I have ever seen of him.

I’d much rather have my kid smoke pot now and then than eating the way Britney eats, so I have to agree with AR. But I ALSO agree with Holly that it’s not a smart thing to be smoking ANYTHING in front of your kids. Why is it OK to smoke tobacco in front of your kids, then? SO MANY people do this, and everyone knows tobacco is much worse for you than pot.

I have said it all along GO AFTER K-FED THE WAY HE HAS GONE AFTER BRITNEY F-FED SHOULD BE DRUG TESTED ALSO.THIS WHOLE THING IS OVER MONEY K-FED AND HIS ATTORNEY WANT HER MONEY SOON THEY WILL BE ASKING THE COURT FOR MORE CHILD SUPPORT SO K-FED CAN SUPPORT HIS HABIT AND PAY HIS OVERPRICED ATTORNEY.
