Lindsay Lohan takes a break from laying down tracks for her upcoming album for a sit-down with Britney Spears’s record producer pal J.R. Rotem outside a Hollywood recording studio on Tuesday.

Something tells me that there will some sort of drama involving these two very soon.  Look at what great things he did for Miss Spears’ career, right?
