Most times muscles in one group sort of all grow together. Unless you don’t workout the rest. It’s like he only works out his shoulders, not his biceps or triceps, even his chest for that matter. To get that kind of build it’s gotta be roids! You bust the heck out of your muscles, then take roids, they grow and build.
