Charlie Sheen has a response for Denise.
Charlie released the following statement to “Extra”…
“I will not dignify the majority of these allegations set forth by Denise Richards with any measure of response. On its best day it remains laughable and inane.
For the record, as well as for the scales of morality, the following must be clarified:
Two years ago, when this circus first arrived, I chose a high road position and remained quiet and dignified. Yet, based on the resurfacing of certain specific claims, made in a severe and grievous manner, illustrating Ms. Richards’ poor judgment on every possible front, I must counter with these FACTS.
The FBI was aware of these issues. I provided them with every computer I owned. The computers were returned two weeks later. Haven’t heard from them since. Period. The end.
During the 18 months before my request to select my own child care provider, not a single complaint was made or received regarding the welfare of the children while under the care of myself and/or Brooke [Sheen’s fiance]. I repeat - NOT A SINGLE COMPLAINT by either Ms. Richards herself, or her representatives and nanny.
All of this, keep in mind, is because I asked the court to grant me the legal and God-given freedom of choice to hire my own child care provider. I have asked that the Court eliminate Ms. Richards ability to abuse and harass us any longer. One can only imagine what we’ve withstood thus far.
Brooke and I remain committed to the task at hand. These unlawful and diabolical accusations will not distract us from the focus of our resolve. Shortly before unleashing her attack Mr. Richards asked for another baby via a sperm donation, after her divisive attempts at a reconciliation behind Brooke’s back failed. She was flat out rejected.
I am making every possible effort to assure that the courts focus on my children and their welfare. My refusal to dignify garbage needs to be understood in the context of the history of this case and Denise’s need and desire to make it about issues that do not involve anything other than her emotions.

I just don’t understand why one of them has always got to be trying to best the other…make them look bad. If the children are what they’re concerned about, they wouldn’t be doing this. What are they going to say in 8 years when one of those girls happens upon this mess while playing on the computer???
I think they both need to grow up. They’re BOTH being silly & childish

I bet he regrets the day he ever became involved with this psychotic woman. We see people everyday who can’t give maturity and growth the time of day (Britney). And here is a man who literally worked his butt off to turn his life around while the woman who played him false in order to snag him and his money uses his past as a weapon. She gives women a GREAT name. Kanye must have had her in mind when he wrote his song.

Denise had photos of her using cocaine on a Richie Sambora Hawaii vacation - it’s quite obvious she was using. She keeps acusing Charlie of being a pedophile, which he’s not, so he’s forced to defend himself, which is sad. Everytime she brings those girls out they are upset and crying, they clearly are being used as photo ops and hate it, what mother would constantly do this to little girls? Denise is mentally ill, perhaps she should lose custody.

Both children sucking on their thumbs like that is a definite red flag of stress being put on them. On the bright side, they will be able to afford plenty of psychotherapy.

Regarding the thumbsucking…why do people come on these blogs and write random, unsupported things like thumb sucking=stress. It’s something lots of babies do and it is usually a passing phase. Also when one sibling starts the habit, another sibling will sometimes imitate.
Denise Richards keeps turning this into a circus. Just when things die down she opens her big mouth. I’m surprised Charlie has waited this long to respond to her obviously unfounded allegations. If that man were a pedophile Dateline would’ve had him a long time ago.

I’m glad someone else pointed out the girls are sucking their thumbs …. I’ve never seen them “screaming and crying” with their mother. NOT sticking up for Denise by any means after what she did to Heather. We all know Charlie Sheen’s history and I for one believe he shouldn’t be around kids…take another look at the picture (not the only one they’re sucking their thumbs in)

I have NEVER seen either of those girls smiling and I always look for it, I even did a search once to see if I could find one of either of them smiling…nothing. Isn’t that odd!?

I also noticed that they never smile.. ever! They have a worried look on thier faces always.. .. as far as the thumb sucking.. at least they can afford a dentist for their buck teeth from sucking their thumbs…
