Anne Heche has fired back at estranged husband Coley Laffoon in their custody battle for 5-year-old son Homer. (If you missed what he said, go here!) Heche’s latest court papers deny Laffoon’s claim that he was a “stay-at-home dad.” Says Heche: “Coley does stay at home while I am working, but not to parent. He sends Homer to preschool and leaves him with nannies and baby-sitters while he [Coley] plays Ping Pong, backgammon and poker and views pornography online.” She adds that Laffoon bragged to her and her “Men in Trees” cast members “about going to strip clubs all day.” Over to you, Coley.

Can you blame the man? I would be looking at porn all day too if I had to be married to her!!!! I bet Ellen snuggles up to Portia at night and says, “thank God she is gone!” I say it is a lucky escape for both!
