   Wow. Could you put that face pic next to picture of her from maybe her Doom Generation days? WTF happened?

   Is it just bad make-up, bad plastic surgery or did her face go through a windshield? If so, how tragic.

   She was actually in a car acident, and glass went into the skin right under her eye. She’s had to have surgery.

   And at least she still has an amazing bod!

    She’s had work done and not because she was in an acident. Her browlift is redamndiculous. I used to dig her but the babyfat is off and the woman is poking thru. And its not a nice looking woman. I’m the last one to be saying this but DAMN if you have work on your face spend the extra $300 and go to the salon and get your wig done too!

    I don’t know ANY women in their 30’s who look as old as this tramp — SHE LOOKS HORRIBLE – can you imagine her sagging face at 40? Drew Barrymore is older than her but looks WAY YOUNGER than her. Face it, she’s just not aging well.

    It is NOT just under one eye that looks awful. The girl drank and partied too much and now she’s paying the price. Everytime you take a drink or smoke a cigarette think of Rose! That being said, she still looks pretty – just not Hollywood pretty.

    According to an article in the New York Post McGowan experienced serious injuries in a car accident early in 2007. Riding as a passenger her car was struck by another vehicle and the force of the impact drove her eyeglasses into her face. McGowan is quoted as saying, “I didn’t realize I was hurt until I put my hand to my face and felt the flap of skin. My glasses had sliced me under my eye”. After obtaining the services of a plastic surgeon McGowan is reported to be suffering no long-lasting consequences from the incident.

    Well she WAS engaged to Marilyn Manson…the trauma of that alone probably added 20+ years to her face!

    Rose McGowan looked fab during the “Charmed” series, but now she looks like every other Hollywood plastic surgery disaster who’s had the uniqueness and spirit liposuctioned from her.

    Rose McGowan looks great!!! She used to look like some old fat goth chick,now she looks beautifully slimmed down, tanned and very glammed up. It’s about time she left that fugly look behind.

    I think people should lay off her shes gorgeous.. Robert Rodriguez did the right thing by leaving his wife for her shes way better looking!! and about that “nobody wear red coz im wearing red” thing,, she only wanted to stand out and be noticed. u lot are jealous coz even with bad surgery shes better looking than you lot will ever be

    Rose McGowan is gorgeous! People get in car accidents everyday. Nobody should give her crap about this, if it were your family member you’d be hurting for her. She’s beautiful and her career should define this woman…Not this accident that nearly cost her, her life. Show some sympathy people…

    Poor thing. She used to just be naturally photogenic from any angle with any expression. Now she has to pose and express in a certain way. I wish she had never gotten in the car accident or i wish she hadn’t been wearing the glasses that cut off the skin beneath her eyes

    I have to say, there is a drastic difference, ans that cant just be explained by the small injury under her eye. they wouldn’t have to pull back her whole forehead for that, im sorry. There’s a look that celebs who’ve has surgery have, its so obvious the moment you look at them, and actually makes them look older, because you’re aware of the surgery, and makes them look odd, their smiles less natural, etc. I agree, it looks like now she really has to pose whereas before she was just beautiful anyway. She’s not as unattractive as everyone is making out, she’s just much less beautiful than she used to be. It was the wrong decision

    I suffered a devastating facial injury and had to have emergency plastic surgery done to stitch around my eye…. truth be told that the surgery did in fact pull back my whole forehead.

    My lips were untouched though…. I think Rose had the most beautiful lush lips. She’s still beautiful, but those lips are what I miss.
