J is exactly right. In the video she freaks out about it, but it seems like its a papparazi who shouted, because they keep shouting it even after they are corrected.
That being said, I think she’s making a statement here with this outfit. If this were Blowhan, she’d be wearing a thong underneath her hideous c.1994 see-through dress, and not grandma panties. HP seems to be warding off possible mates by looking as dumpy as possible while still working the too trashy to touch angle. Cute cameo earrings, but the go gos are a nogo with the transparent sheath.

Ok hayden is dressed like a slut and she looks very awful with the clothes shes waring but you do have to admit Milo does look hot but not for Hayden they sooooo do not belong together but its ture that hayden is a very good actress and what the hack is she doing in a bar oh just incase you didnt know hayden is 19 years old not 17 shes old enough to make her own desitions

i agree with NONO, the lights were flashing alot and it did make her dress look see-thru but she really over does it for her age sometimes when it comes to clothing. anyways she is dating stephen coletti (laguna beach) and i heard rumours they were engaged or he was gonna propose when she turns 18. none of my business though, she’s a great actress and singer. ALL HAPPINESS HAYDEN!!!

Hayden is a bit too young for Milo but if they’re happy then why not? They’re not hurting anyone! Plus, they look really cute together! I’m happy for them.
