More details are emerging from Daniel Smith’s second autopsy which was performed by Cyril Wecht. Cyril has said that the 20-year-old was on anti-depressants at the time of his death. It is not known where this played any part in his death. Daniel started treatment for depression 4-6 weeks prior. Cyril has also ruled that his death was not a suicidal overdose.

He is waiting for results from the toxicology reports to name the cause of death.

So we’re ruling out natural causes, foul play and suicide. What does that leave? Accidental overdose?
