Amanda Bynes Goes Shopping In West Hollywood

Amanda Bynes, out from the ether…

The last time we saw the troubled actress she was eating at Craig’s and seemed like she had it a bit together, but now…I don’t know, she seems throwbacky to the days of insane ranting and dying bathtubs aqua. But maybei it’s just those sunglasses and that long platinum hair?

Girl was spotted shopping yesterday in West Hollywood with a friend and was also seen visiting the West Hollywood Sheriff Station. Gonna see a sheriff? I guess get your shop on, first.

How do you think she’s doing?

Anyone Wanna Be Caitlyn Jenner For Halloween?

Bruce Jenner as a woman REVEALED! Vanity Fair cover reveals Caitlyn!

You know, and piss off pretty much the whole world?

At least two online retailers released a Caitlyn Jenner Halloween costume on Tuesday, and predictably, the world is NOT having it. Spirit Halloween, anytimecostumes.com and Wholesalehalloweencostumes.com all have their own version of “The Caitlyn Jenner” costume, which ranges from 49.90 to 80 dollars.

The Wholesale Halloween Costumes ad features a pudgy, pasty male model wearing a wig and a white unitard that mimics the outfit Caitlyn Jenner wore for her Vanity Fair July 2015 cover. The costume also includes a pageant banner reading “Call Me Caitlyn” and says that  “you’ll be sure to get a few laughs out of your friends and the other guests.”

The backlash to the costume was immediate, though I can kinda see both sides of the issue, provided they get a different person to model the costume, so it doesn’t seem like a big joke. Spirit Halloween publicist Trisha Lombardo said she personally didn’t see any problem with it.

“Caitlyn Jenner has proven to be the most important real-life superhero of the year, and Spirit Halloween is proud (of) the costume that celebrates her,” she said.

The comment prompted transgender activist Addison Vincent to launch a Change.org petition urging Spirit Halloween to re-think the costume:

“Do not turn Caitlyn Jenner into a costume. Your profit will only lead to greater transphobia and marginalization of an already at-risk community,” Vincent wrote to Lombardo and her company.

Vincent Villano of the National Center for Transgender Equality added that “there’s no tasteful way to ‘celebrate’ Caitlyn Jenner or respect transgender people this way on the one night of the year when people use their most twisted imaginations to pretend to be villains and monsters.”

Backstreet Boys: Show Em What You're Made Of Premieres in Hollywood

Nick Carter hasn’t been busy in a while and is fighting for relevancy, so…

Us Weekly reports that the former Backstreet Boy has officially joined the Dancing With the Stars Season 21 after four years in a row of offers from the DWTS crew. “I’m excited,” he dishes in Us Weekly’s latest issue.

Fellow boy band rival-turned-friend, Joey Fatone participated in Seasons 4 and 15. and finally helped the star cave to the offer:

“He talks about it all the time and I was really debating if I wanted to do it, and he said, ‘It’s a great experience, it keeps you in shape and it’ll teach you a lot of stuff,'” Carter says of his ‘N Sync pal’s advice. “He said, ‘You’ll get what you put into it.’ And I’m a hard worker, so I think it’ll be fun.”

Oh yeah, and  Carter’s little brother, singer Aaron Carter, finished in fifth place with partner Karina Smirnoff during Season 9 of the ABC hit, so there’s that:

“My brother was on it; he did great; and he’s a great little dancer and entertainer so I saw it through his eyes throughout that experience,” the elder Carter brother reveals. “And there’s a lot of competitiveness in me and I think there’s a little something inside of me that says, ‘Okay, I’m going to go there and represent the Carter name and do even better than what he did!'”

(Us Weekly)

Can we stop pretending doing this is for anything but a little more fleeting, fleeting fame? As proof, check out what Nick Carter is up to lately…detailed in this 2012 music video below. Get it, Nick. It’s all you got.

Apparently Khloe Kardashian And James Harden Think They’re Living A RomCom

Kylie Jenner Celebrates Her 18th Birthday In Style

Khloe Kardashian and James Harden threw their own personal 4th of July adorable romantic comedy scene last night, and neighbors did NOT find it very adorable, quirky or endearing.

The thunderous fireworks show was visible from multiple towns along the oceanfront and went on for 15 minutes at the stroke of midnight. TMZ reports that the whole thing was a yacht party for Harden’s 26th birthday, which is not exactly a holiday where you traditionally piss off the neighborhood in a loud, colorful display of lights. Hell, it’s not even a big bday number, like 25 or 30.

Law enforcement sources tell us a permit was issued to James and someone in the Kardashian family. Khloe had bragged about throwing the party for her BF, but nobody expected it to be so…loud!

One cop told TMZ that in 5 years he’s worked in the service, he’s never heard of a permit being issued for fireworks like this on a non-holiday. Which goes to show we allll just live in the strange romantic comedy that is Khloe and James’ lil romance.

These two seem super serious, so maybe this is the start of something controversial AND beautiful, like them bothersome fireworks.
