Ashley Benson is pretty high profile for being in a couple CW shows and Spring Breakers. That being said, it feels like every magazine interview she does she talks about A**holes telling her to lose weight. And her March 2016 Health cover story is no different:
“It’s come up a few times in the last few years, like, ‘You’re too fat for this,'” the 26-year-old beauty shared with the mag. “And I’m just sitting here like, ‘Wait, what? Do you want a skeleton?’ But I feel good. I don’t want to lose 20 pounds, because I don’t need to.”
“I get told all the time to lose weight,” the Pretty Little Liars star continued. “I got that a month ago. It’s just weird. With my stuff recently, it’s been, ‘You have to be skin and bones or you’re not getting it.’ There was a point where it was getting to where a size 2 was great. I’m a size 2, but I think that a size 4 is healthy. I think that all of these sizes are healthy.”
But don’t get it twisted- she still has a rigorous workout routine.
“I play with my two dogs. I get coffee. If I don’t have coffee, I don’t function. And I usually do Pilates three days a week for an hour, and I try to box or do SoulCycle two or three times a week. There are times I just want to do nothing! But then I don’t feel good about myself,” she said, adding that squats are magic. “Not for my butt but for my legs. We usually do circuit training, so I’ll do 25 squats, then I’ll run back and forth, and then I’ll do lunges to the other side of the gym both ways, run, then squats. I can’t move for days!”
Sorry you have to workout like the rest of Hollywood: like a crazy person. Hopefully in another 10, 20 years we won’t expect our actors to look grotesquely skinny anymore. I hope.

I think we can all agree that Lil Kim is a shadow of her formal self, but this is ridiculous.
The rapper blasted a Photoshopped photo of herself via Twitter yesterday, which photoshopped her not smaller, but bigger…around her backside especially. Now I’m not exactly sure why people care so much about Lil’ Kim’s derriere, but apparently they do because this is 1998 again?
The thing that surprises me is how much little Kim has changed aside from the weight. AHEM, PLASTIC SURGERY. Like, I can’t recognize her anymore. She looks more like Charo than her original self, and it makes me sad because Lil Kim was a Lil hottie back in the day. Here’s a collage I made for comparison:

WOMAN. LOVES. BREAD (and MONEY).
Last October, Oprah bought a 10% stake (around 6.4 million shares) in Weight Watchers and part of her deal is that she became their spokeswoman. Now she’s all over the place singing its praises, as she makes more and more dough (bread. No, money! I’m confused. And, hungry!).
Oprahs said in a tweet that she lost 26 lbs so far on the program, and she eats BREAD. EVERY. DAY (that’s real bread, I think. Not money. Unless it’s bread shaped like money? Again, hungry. And, confused).
Market Watch says that after her tweet about losing weight and bread went up at 12:09pm EST, Weight Watchers’ stock jumped up to 20 percent over the course of one hour. The stock was at $11.35 a share before her tweet and it ended at $13.29 a share. Which means…Oprah made $12.5 million in one hour. That’s power in social media, right O?
If that’s how much she can make tweeting about bread, just imagine how much she’d make tweeting about doughnuts. Mmmmm……Check out the tweet BELOW:

Every bit of news relating to Khloe Kardashian is either about weight loss or Lamar Odom, until now…
Just kidding, this post is also about weight loss and namely, Khloe facing her nemesis: cheese. Gotcha!
Apparently, ditching sweets wasn’t the hardest part about getting healthy. It was ditching the DAIRY that sucked, but it also totes worked:
“When I lost 11 lbs. in one month, I didn’t want it to be true, because cheese was my vice!” she exclusively tells PEOPLE.
“My skin also got clearer, I had more energy, and I wasn’t congested,” she says.
She’s keeping on her dairy-free plan, because there ain’t no going back.
“If I have a taste now, it’s crazy how quickly I feel like it does upset my stomach and I feel more sluggish,” Kardashian says.
Now about 40 lbs. lighter, she occasionally does eat pizza, but not before a photo shoot of her butt.
“It’s about understanding limitations.”
Hear, hear girl.
