Calvin Harris wants to get another couple words in.
Now that Hiddleswift is over, I’m sure Calvin is doing some reflecting on the whole situation he had with Taylor Swift, though this interview with British GQ was done months before the breakup actually happened. In any case, Calvin’s always down to talk about his breakup, and is DEFINITELY down for doing a sexy photoshoot to pair it with. Here’s what he says about the two of them:
“It’s very difficult when something I consider so personal plays out very publicly,” he tells the mag. “The aftermath of the relationship was way more heavily publicized than the relationship itself. When we were together, we were very careful for it not to be a media circus. She respected my feelings in that sense. I’m not good at being a celebrity.”
However, everything changed when they split:
“But when it ended, all hell broke loose,” he says. “Now I see that Twitter thing as a result of me succumbing to pressure. It took me a minute to realize that none of that matters. I’m a positive guy.”
“For both of us it was the wrong situation,” he adds. “It clearly wasn’t right, so it ended, but all of the stuff that happened afterwards…”
He trails off there, but admits the ensuing Twitter battle was the wrong way to go.
“It was completely the wrong instinct,” he adds [via The Sun]. “I was protecting what I see as my one talent in the world being belittled. “It felt like things were piling on top of me and that was when I snapped.”

It’s actually a pretty candid interview, and this information seems pretty real to me. But I call BS on Calvin “not being good at being a celebrity.” Psshhht. Bet you arent’ saying that every time you flash your abs on instagram, bro.

Uh oh, trouble in PARADISE?
There’s a new piece in The Telegraph suggesting that Tom Hiddleston and Taylor Swift are going through a “cooling off” period, which could be like, two people just being reasonable or it could be BREAKUP CITY. YEAH. Check it:
Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston, who at the beginning of their relationship were photographed together multiple times a day, have sparked fears their relationship may be cooling off. The two have barely been spotted together recently, which is a stark contrast to their many public dates in LA, New York, Nashville, Rhode Island, the UK, Australia, and Italy when they first announced their romance.
Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston made 24 public appearances in three weeks in the beginning – but recently have been spotted together just twice in two weeks, despite fan and media interest in their romance. Stories have been seeping into the press about the couple – but with no pictures of the two of them together. There is an article which claim Mr Hiddleston uses her private jet, and another about him using her driver. Fans have been asking on Twitter: “Is Hiddleswift dead?”.

I mean, Tom is still in LA, so they’re definitely still together. I guess things are wrapping up in Australia, and Loki isn’t needed? That being said, I do feel like this relationship has an expiration date. And, it’s soon.
What do YOU think about the future of Tom and Tay?

Come ON, Jennifer Lopez.
Monday morning, Jennifer Lopez and Lin-Manuel Miranda performed their new single on the Today Show, called “Love Makes the World Go Round.” It’s a tribute to the victims of the Pulse Nightclub attack, and the proceeds from the single go to the Hispanic Federation’s Proyecto Somos Orlando initiative. Good right? Yeah, good. But bad because for however good it was to sing/perform the song…it was all negated by bad social media management (and stupidity).
Jennifer Lopez tweeted a photo of herself and Lin-Manuel at the Today Show, but decided to use the hashtag #AllLivesMatter, which gave a LOT of people a case of the ANGERS. Why? First of all, becaue you say #BlackLivesMatter doesn’t mean other lives don’t, it’s a rally and call to arms because the black community think their lives don’t matter. It’s like when you say “Save The Rainforest,” it doesn’t mean all other forests can be destroyed, it’s a conversation and awareness about a SPECIFIC issue. So I’m glad JLo got called out in this, because it’s insensitive to both the Pulse Nightclub tragedy and the gun control/Black lives sentiment.
Do you think this was way uncool or NBD? Weigh in BELOW!

But of course.
If you found yourself looking at Taylor Swift’s instagram and wondering who the F finds these perfect, natural, and not at all staged photo ops, you are definitely not alone.
The Daily Mail decided to get the scoop and instead of it being the least-attractive squad member…surprise surprise…the person taking the photos was a professional photographer! SHOCKER. Yes, the Daily Mail spotted a guy following the crew around with a professional camera, and not in a creepy way, in a a “we hired this dude” way. So feast your eyes on the bounty of Tay’s instagram with a gallery of professionally shot party pics, care of Taylor “media opportunity” Swift.
