Poor Octomom!

It looks like Nadya Suleman may lose her house because she’s once again falling behind her monthly payments.

TMZ spoke with the man who owns the loan on Octo’s La Habra home – Amer Haddadin — who tells us Nadya Suleman missed her May payment and the bank has already hit her with late fees.

Amer tells us he’s been in contact with Nadya … who has made it clear — she’s broke-ass broke all over again.

Of course, it ain’t the first time Nadya has been on the verge of homelessness — last year, Amer let Octo off the hook when she failed to make a $450,000 balloon payment on the home … and mercifully changed the payment structure so she could stay in the house.

But now, Amer says, his patience has run out … and Octo better find a way to make the payment, or she’ll be out on the street.

In case you didn’t know, Octomom is the mother to 14 children. She bought her home (pictured below) in early 2009 — it has 4 bedrooms and a backyard.

And rightfully so! I’d be worried too!

Apparently the fetish video in which she whips a diapered man is supposed to be a joke, but no one’s laughing. According to RadarOnline, she’s afraid the tape is going to cost her her 14 children. Here’s more via Pop Eater:

“I am scared that Orange County CPS will misunderstand my intentions or my parenting abilities and take my kids away from me,” she tells Radar.

Not only was her decision to take part in the “skit” a questionable one, but according to Radar, Suleman filmed the video alongside David Gonzalez, who has been arrested for spousal battery and drug possession. Nadya invited David into her home where the video was shot, although she claims that she was unaware of his arrest record.

“I had no idea that he had a criminal record,” she says. “I thought he was a professional DJ on a reputable radio station who had come up with a funny idea for a skit.”

In September of last year, Octomom held a yard sale in attempt to make ends meet and vowed that she would never appear in an adult film to pay her mortgage.

But now she is indeed apologizing for what turned out to be a fetish video, stating she regrets her involvement.

“Instead of a lighthearted skit with a naughty edge, it turned out to be a vulgar and unprofessional video that I deeply regret playing any part in,” she says.

What’s your opinion? I think that she is a confused, scared mother of 14. I know she is just trying to provide for her kids – but a fetish video? Really? I don’t know if I think she should lose her children – but you have to question whether or not she’s working with a full deck!

She was recently on Oprah where she admitted that she has a “baby addiction”. Gee, ya think?

TMZ has obtained the shocking photos of Octomom whipping a grown man in a diaper – in a fetish photo shoot.

Octomom — who stuffs herself into an ultra-skin-tight corset — is crackin’ the whip on a guy named Tattoo … an L.A. radio personality featured on Rick.com.

The eerily-erotic madness takes place all over Octomom’s La Habra home … with Tattoo posing with her kids’ horsey and inside their play castle.

Steve Hirsch, the official OctoMom savior, is offering her a job working on a porn set behind the scenes where she would not have to have sex or get nude and would get paid $1,000 a day.

TMZ reports the letter says, “Dear Nadya, We’ve been following news of your activities to earn money to pay off your mortgage through a garage sale and recently through bartending.

We are offering you an opportunity to work on an upcoming Vivid production as a member of our crew. The position would pay $1K per day.

Let me be clear, you will not have to perform sex and no nudity is required. This could be the beginning of a new career direction for you as you would get solid OJT (On the Job Training) to learn about the adult movie making business. You would be a production assistant and work closely with our production manager to make sure the talent and director are provided with all that is needed before and after the production.”

Nadya Suleman “Octomom” and her 14 children are going on welfare. According to Radar Online, “Nadya is running out of money very quickly. She’s still hoping to pull off a deal that will pay her a fortune but at this point it just doesn’t seem possible.”

Since her octuplets were born, Nadya has supported her family by selling access to her life to magazines, etc. She was recently hoping a reality TV would save her financially, but the show fell through. According to Radar, the failure of the show has left her in financial ruins.

A TV show deal with Game Show Networks was in sight and she pitched a book to publishers, but nothing has worked out, according to Radar.

“She was hoping for merchandising, but those never came through,” the source said. “And she’s written a book but no publisher wants it.”

On top of everything else, she was threatened with eviction back in April. First she flaunted her miracle birth with countless interviews and TV spots, and after the paparazzi disappeared, now she can’t afford it.

“Nadya has nannies and huge expenses raising 14 children,” the source said. “She needs a lot of money just to keep up with the basics. And now the income has dried up and she didn’t make enough in the past year and a half to live off it.”

This won’t be the first time she’s been on welfare either.

“She’s been on public assistance before,” the source said.
