Ivanka Trump is trying to change women’s lives through her awesome initiative #WomenWhoWork!
The businesswoman appeared on Good Morning America yesterday to discuss her new website, IvankaTrump.com, which she hopes will help inspire and empower women everywhere. As part of the launch, she featured the 12 young entrepreneurs on her site, and asked them what their work/life balance looks like. Says Trump:
“All the women I know, this next generation, they’re working hard, not just in a professional capacity but really in all aspects of their life,” Trump said. “They’re not one dimensional. They’re doing things outside of the office and inside of the office and living in this digital age where we really do just live one life 24 hours a day, and I wanted to celebrate that.”
“There isn’t this clear compartmentalization that used to exist, where it was work and home. Now it’s just one life, and I think that’s something really unique to my generation,” Trump says. “Coming up in the workforce where we’re on the phone with our kids while we’re in the office, and yet at home at three in the morning catching up on the work because we made it there to put them to bed.”
Trump says that her role as mother and wife is equally important to her identity, and that balance is key to happiness.
“This is an inclusive conversation,” she adds, noting that the conversation should also be free of judgement. “I’m not here to tell people how to work, or the hours they should work,” Trump says.

In her own words, Jennifer Lopez is “addicted” to being in love!
Lopez, (who, by the way, considers herself a dancer before actor, singer or fashion mogul) admits in Self‘s January cover story that she finds “comfort” in relationships, despite how hard they can be! Here are some highlights from her telling interview…
About dating younger men: “All the old clichés about women need to be undone. Enough already,” Lopez added. “We’re in the other position now. We are desirable older, we can date younger guys and it’s not this big taboo. Men have been doing this for years, and it’s no big deal.”
About Breakups: “When you have that much pain, you have to anesthetize yourself in some ways. People do different things. Some go out and party and sleep around, but that’s just not my way. I found the comfort in someone else.”
About fame and heartache: “I’ve been through divorce. I’ve been cheated on, just like every other girl in the world.”

To say Jennifer Aniston had a productive year is an UNDERSTATEMENT, so can everyone get off her back about having kids?
The actress is up for a Golden Globe and a Screen Actors Guild award, she’s happily engaged to hottie Justin Theroux. In Allure’s January issue, the actress gets up close and comfortable speaking out against her critics and articulating her thoughts about being a mom.
On the societal pressure to have children: “I don’t like [the pressure] that people put on me, on women – that you’ve failed yourself as a female because you haven’t procreated. I don’t think it’s fair. You may not have a child come out of your vagina, but that doesn’t mean you aren’t mothering – dogs, friends, friends’ children,”
On feminism: “It’s simply believing in equality between men and women. Pretty basic.”
On her critics: “This continually is said about me: that I was so career-driven and focused on myself, that I don’t want to be a mother, and how selfish that is.”
Yikes. You can read more on what Aniston has to say about babies, feminism and the public eye in Allure’s January issue, HERE!

Farrah Abraham knows enough that she has to justify her sex tape (and the selling of it) to fans, but not enough where the explanation isn’t completely ridiculous!
The Teen Mom star posted a message to her fans on video sharing site called Keek, seeking to justify to fans selling her sex tape to a porn publisher. Want to know what she said? You’re going to LOVE this…
“What would you do?” the 21-year-old rhetorically asked. “You have been a single mother for four years, off and on, dating loser-ass boys who always try and sell information, lie to you, manipulate you. You have just realized you are an awesome person and you deserve someone. Now that you’re 21, you’ve pretty much been crying every night because you are single and you’re alone. So, you make you’re own video, celebrate your awesome body (and) get your own sexy shots. So, the person you did this with has the urge to yell it out, when he should professional and is not. But you have companies that are interested, so why not sell it. And that’s what I did.”
God, the fact that she has such a loose grip on what this means for her, her career, and how she is perceived for the rest of her life is kind of sickening. She’s only 21! She has a KID! Not every sex video has a Kim Kardashian finish, people!
