Screen Shot 2016-08-29 at 10.10.12 AM

OH man.

As much as this year’s MTV VMAS were outshined by the splendor that was Beyonce, there were some good moments captured on film- and we’ve got our favorites to show Y’ALL.

Firstly, this (above) epic instagram, which was taken after Sunday night’s awards, shows power couples (from left to right) Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz, Beyoncé and Jay Z, Lauren Branche and Steve Stoute, Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West, and Cassie and Diddy. And yes, Kim is totally gazing over at Queen Bey. LOVE IT.

Other moments? Britney Spears making her comeback, Beyonce and her VMA date Blue Ivy, and of COURSE the cuteness that is Rihanna and Drake. CHECK IT OUT!

Bar Refaeli Is A MOM!

Screen Shot 2016-08-12 at 12.06.20 AM

Congrats, Bar Refaeli!

The Israeli supermodel and her husband Adi Ezra welcomed a daughter into on Thursday, at Ichilov Hospital in Tel Aviv. Like true 90’s fans, they named their kid Liv (though I’m sure it sounds much more Israeli/sexier in their accents). Little Liv was born healthy weighing in at 3.180 kilograms (7.01 pounds).

Refaeli has been pretty proud of her bump via Instagram (see pic above) but ya know? I’m over it. I’m ready to see that beautiful model baby.

Bar married her Israeli businessman in 2015 and plans on having a “big Jewish family” with the dude. Well, one down, Bar. Many kids to go!

Prince Harry Didn’t Talk About Princess Di Until He Was 28

Maserati Jerudong Park Trophy

Prince Harry, you are growing up to be MY HERO.

Along with getting tested for AIDS like a BOSS, my fave ginge Prince has been hosting lots of fun philanthropic event,s including a BBQ for Heads Together, the mental health umbrella organization he started with William and Kate. Harry has made i a point to spent a lot of time with mental health care providers and people struggling with their own mental health. He even touched upon the fact that he himself wished he had started talking about his mother’s death much sooner, because he thought it would be “weak.” Check it:

Prince Harry has revealed that he regrets ‘not talking’ about the death of his mother Princess Diana for much of his life. Speaking with former football star Rio Ferdinand, who lost his wife to cancer last year, Harry, 31, discussed bereavement at a Kensington Palace barbecue for mental health campaign group Heads Together. The young royal discussed the impact the Princess of Wales’ death in 1997, when Harry was 12, has had on him when asked by Ferdinand how he coped with the loss.

The prince admitted that it was only three years ago that he began to open up about how he felt about losing his mother, saying he didn’t speak about Diana’s death ‘for the first 28 years of my life.’ He said he’d come to realise that talking was the key: ‘It is OK to suffer, but as long as you talk about it. It is not a weakness. Weakness is having a problem and not recognising it and not solving that problem. A lot of people think if you’ve got a job, if you’ve got financial security, if you’ve got a family, you’ve got a house, all that sort of stuff, everyone seems to think that is all you need and you are absolutely fine to deal with stuff.’

‘It is very easy for someone to look at someone like Rio Ferdinand and say, “You get paid all the money in the world, you are a successful footballer, you have fast cars.” But at the end of the day his wife was snatched from him at an early stage of his life with her. So of course he is going to suffer, it doesn’t matter if he has an amazing job.’

The prince said the ‘key message’ is that ‘anyone can suffer from mental health problems, whether you’re a member of the Royal Family, whether you’re a soldier, whether you’re a sports star, whether you’re a team sport, individual sport, whether you’re a white van driver, whether you’re a mother, father, a child, it doesn’t really matter. What you’ve had to go through in your day, week, year, (the) experience you’ve had – whether it’s losing a parent, whether it’s depression, whether it’s anxiety, whatever it is – you are actually unbelievably similar to each other in the way you have to deal with it.’

Love this message, and I’m loving who Harry has grown into- a really sensitive, empathetic, universally-liked and socially proactive adult. He’s totally helping the de-stigmatization of mental health issues and it’s a really good thing.

Nicky Hilton Is A MOM!

Screen Shot 2016-07-08 at 8.50.29 AM

A new Hilton is BORN.

Nicky Hilton Rothschild and her husband, James Rothschild, welcomed their first child yesterday, and obvi gave it the whitest name you could imagine:  Lily Grace Victoria Rothschild. According to ET, Hilton was surrounded by family when she gave birth on Friday morning, and baby Lily weighed in at 7 and a half pounds.

The 32-year-old socialite has been ALL OVER instagram, posting very bougie pics (I made a gallery so you could feast your eyes upon them). Just two weeks ago, she shared a sweet photo taken while she was prepping her daughter’s nursery. “Preparing for the little one’s arrival,” Nicky captioned the photo that showed cradling her belly. Well…she’s HERE!
