Country singer and actor Billy Ray Cyrus is set to release a new memoir next year! Billy Ray, who famously co-starred with his daughter Miley Cyrus on Hannah Montana, is writing ‘Hillbilly Heart‘ and publishing it exclusively with Amazon – due out in 2013.

Amazon.com, which has been aggressively expanding its publishing operation, announced Thursday that Cyrus would discuss with “great candor” everything from his early years to life as the parent of a teen superstar. Cyrus and his daughter starred together in the hit TV series “Hannah Montana.”

Others with Amazon deals include actress-director Penny Marshall and actor James Franco.

Reportedly Barnes & Noble is refusing to offer it.  It’s nothing personal against Billy Ray, they just won’t stock any releases that are published by Amazon.

Barnes&Noble Inc. announced earlier this week that it would not stock releases from its rival retailer.

Miley Cyrus has had enough of people attacking her for her curvy figure and the Can’t Be Tamed singer has taken to Twitter to vent her frustration.

Miley posted a photo of an extremely emaciated woman and wrote: “By calling girls like me fat, this is what you’re doing to other people. I love MYSELF & if you could say the same you wouldn’t be sitting on your computer trying to hurt others.”

The former Hannah Montana star then tweeted a photo of a voluptuous Marilyn Monroe in a white swimsuit with the following caption: “Proof that you can be adored by thousands of men, even when your thighs touch.”

Miley continued her rant tweeting that her man, Hunger Games actor Liam Hemsworth, has no complaints about her bod and likes a woman with some meat on her bones.

She continued to write: “I don’t wanna be shaped like a girl. I LOVE being shaped like a WOMAN & trust me ladies your man won’t mind either.”

Miley Cyrus has gotten a new tattoo! The singer added a new tattoo to her right wrist while on vacation in Brazil during a break from her ‘Gypsy Heart’ tour. The new tattoo, an anchor, means a “safe place”.

Sao Paulo based tattoo artist Fabio Satori was shocked to be asked to create the tattoo for the 18-year-old singer-and-actress as he was originally told it was some of Miley’s friends who wanted his expertise.

He said: “It was fun, it was a surprise on Sunday. A friend of mine works in the production of Miley and called me saying that the team wanted tattoos. Later, I was told that Miley wanted one as well and because, for her, leaving the hotel is always difficult, we did it at the hotel.”

While Fabio refused to reveal the exact design, he admitted the star wanted something to remind her of a “safe place”.

He told website EGO: “Everyone had an idea in mind and references. She asked me something soft, I made two drawings and she chose one. Miley told her mother that she wanted something that refers to a safe port, something that reminded her that she always has a safe place to return to. The significance of the design is one of hope and a reminder to always have your feet on the ground.”

Fabio also took to twitter to reveal that Miley sang for him while he tattooed her.

He tweeted: “Yesterday my team lost one, but I had the pleasure to meet cute Miley Cyrus. Really exciting! While I tattooed the Denikin, she sang live. Privilege, say what? (sic)”

Miley Cyrus and her mom Tish were spotted yesterday in Rio yesterday lounging on the beach in bikinis. When the pair got up to leave, Tish exposed a HUGE back tattoo!

Now we know where Miley gets it! Miley has five tattoos (that we know of!).  Her newest tattoo is of a dreamcatcher on her side, she also has a cross on one of her fingers, a heart on her right pinky, “Love” tattooed on her ear, and “breathe” tattooed just below her left breast.

Miley Cyrus quit Twitter last year because boyfriend Liam Hemsworth didn’t like the public knowing everything little detail of their lives. She came back to Twitter recently – and lately has been leaving sad messages to her followers.

Last night she tweeted, “Sad tonight. So I’m laying in bed burning incense listening to The Strokes. You cant expect people to love you the way you love others =[”

She’s been commenting on how all she wants to do is go home and be with her friends.

She tweeted, “i would give my rollerblades to be home with you and and you know how much i love those friggen rollerblades.”

The breakup – if it did happen – sounds like it happened recently. “Everything goes away in the end. All along I thought I was learning how to take How to bend not how to break. How to laugh not how to cry”?
