Nicole Kidman, Matthew McConaughey and Zac Efron were spotted yesterday afternoon at a photocall for their new movie, ‘The Paperboy’. Nicole looks amazing, if you ask me. She’s wearing a Antonio Berardi Fall 2012 dress. What do you think?
I think this is my favorite hair color on Nicole. Not red, not blonde, but a beautiful blend of the two. She looks great.

Nicole Kidman is off to Cannes!
The Oscar winner is heading to the film festival to promote her latest film, ‘The Paperboy’. The actress plays a sexpot groupie in the film which also stars Matthew McConaughey and Zac Efron.
Next Nicole will play Grace Kelly in a new film about the Princess of Monaco’s life.

‘Magic Mike’ will make it’s way into theaters on June 29. Until then, you’re going to have to settle for the men stripping in EW. (EW is pushing/promoting this movie BIG time…. just seems odd to me. Something seems fishy!)
EW brought the group back together for a wet and wild photo shoot followed by a rowdy, booze-soaked dinner, where the costars swapped their best stories about acting, waxing, and baring (nearly) everything in their new film. ”Actors, generally, if we finish our scenes early one day, we go home. It wasn’t like that on this set. Especially during the dances—we were there cheering everybody on,” says Tatum, who was there when a frenzied group of extras accidentally ripped off McConaughey’s thong during a dance number. “It was a collection of women being like, ‘I have to tip him,’ and then the weight of all the dollar bills in their hands just took [his thong] off,” Tatum recalls, laughing. Consummate actor that he is, McConaughey didn’t even break character. “I stayed in sequence,” he says proudly. “I went for the tuck. [Mimes covering his manhood] I went for the roll. [Mimes doing a forward roll] And I finished the dance.”

In case you missed it, the film is kinda/sorta based on Channing’s life. He used to be a stripper in Tampa, before making it as an actor. He used his past for the basis of this film, and honestly – I don’t think it looks that bad! It’s directed by Steven Soderbergh, and also stars Alex Pettyfer, Matt Bomer, Joe Manganiello and Matthew McConaughey.
I’m a bit bummed that the movie doesn’t stick to Channing’s actual life – where as stripping led to acting (not designing furniture like in the movie).
We’ll see … hopefully the movie is good. I’ve really liked most of the movies Channing has been doing lately (with the lone exception of ‘The Vow’).

‘Bernie’ has Jack Black and director Richard Linklater reuniting for the first time since their 2006 smash hit ‘School of Rock’. This true-life comedic drama follows a mortician (Jack Black) who falls for a much older lady (Shirley MacLaine). Bernie will open the Los Angeles Film Festival on June 16th.
SYNOPSIS: In the tiny, rural town of Carthage, TX, assistant funeral director Bernie Tiede was one of the town’s most beloved residents. He taught Sunday school, sang in the church choir and was always willing to lend a helping hand. Everyone loved and appreciated Bernie, so it came as no surprise when he befriended Marjorie Nugent, an affluent widow who was as well known for her sour attitude as her fortune. Bernie frequently traveled with Marjorie and even managed her banking affairs. Marjorie quickly became fully dependant on Bernie and his generosity and Bernie struggled to meet her increasing demands. Bernie continued to handle her affairs, and the townspeople went months without seeing Marjorie. The people of Carthage were shocked when it was reported that Marjorie Nugent had been dead for some time, and Bernie Tiede was being charged with the murder.
In this dark comedy, director Richard Linklater captures all the hilarity, friendliness, eccentricity and absolute strangeness of small-town Texas life. Jack Black plays Bernie Tiede, Shirley MacLaine plays Mrs. Nugent, and Matthew McConaughey plays the town’s blustery real-life District Attorney, Danny Buck Davidson, who was determined to get to the bottom of the crime. Co-written by Linklater and Skip Hollandsworth, BERNIE is a Mandalay Vision and Wind Dancer Films production.
They are simply mesmerizing! I can’t stop staring at them! Anyhoo, Camila Alves‘ and her baby daddy Matthew McConaughey showed up at the AFI tribute to Morgan Freeman last night.
I love her dress! They are one hot couple!
