Kim Kardashian, who famously posed for Playboy in 2007 has taken it all off again, this time for the cover of W Magazine’s Art Issue.

In the pictures, in which Kim was covered in silver paint, were taken by famed art photographer Mark Selinger.

Joining all three Kardashian sisters — Kim, Kourtney, & Khloé — for the filming of their new show Kourtney & Kim Take New York, at Juliet Supper Club in NYC on Oct. 7, a supposedly sober Scott was seen wildly popping champagne and Hpnotiq liqueur bottles while fist-pumping on the dance floor. “He was out of control!” an eyewitness tells Life & Style about the father of Kourtney’s infant son, Mason. The night took a dangerous turn for the worse when Scott exchanged words with an unidentified male and ended up in a brawl.

“As soon as Kourtney left to use the restroom, a guy went up to Scott and the two started shouting aggressively,” an eyewitness tells Life & Style. “Glasses were thrown, and the glass shattered everywhere on the floor. Everyone surrounding them was really scared and moving around to avoid being hit — even the camera crew looked nervous and shocked.”

Shortly after a visibly drunk Scott was kicked out of the club, the sisters followed. Although Khloé and Kim seemed unfazed by the scuffle, as if it were routine with Scott, everyone else appeared horrified.

“After Kourtney finally came out of the bathroom, she caught up with her sisters to ask why Scott had been kicked out,” says the eyewitness. “She seemed confused and worried.” Following the incident, another eyewitness tells Life & Style that production shut down after Scott and the Kardashians were escorted away.

Kim took to her blog to say she’s “totally fine” after the bar fight last night in NYC and explain what happened.

Kim writes:

“I want to address this because everyone has been asking me if I’m ok after the bar fight last night. I’m totally fine, guys!

Last night Kourtney, Scott, Khloe and I went out to a bar to have a fun night on Khloe’s last night in NYC. A drunk male fan came up to me and asked to take a picture, and I obliged, but his girlfriend, who was also drunk, got a little out of hand.

Luckily I had Scott and Khloe there to protect me. None of us were drinking… we just wanted a fun family night out, but when people see the cameras rolling, they try to get attention and I guess that’s what happened when the drunk girl saw that we were filming KKTNY. I always take the high road, so we all left straight after and didn’t feed into their drama.”

As we reported earlier, a jealous woman threw her drink on Kim Kardashian when her boyfriend asked to take a picture of Kim Thursday night. This happened at NYC’s Juliet Supper Club.

Kim is now addressing the situation with a public response because of the concern her fans have been expressing to her.

“I want to address this because everyone has been asking me if I’m ok after the bar fight last night,” Kim, 29, blogged Friday. “I’m totally fine, guys!”

“A drunk male fan came up to me and asked to take a picture, and I obliged, but his girlfriend, who was also drunk, got a little out of hand,” she explained. “Luckily I had Scott [Disick] and Khloe there to protect me.”

But an eyewitness tells UsMagazine.com that the male fan wanted more than just a picture from the E! star.

“He was groping her, trying to pull her close,” the source told Us. “Scott got really defensive of Kim when the guy groped her…things escalated and Scott punched him. Security came and broke it up.”

According to Kim, none of the Kardashians consumed any alcohol while at the club, though a source told Us that Disick, 27, “had a little vodka, but he seemed completely sober.”

“We wanted a fun family night out, but when people see the cameras rolling, they try to get attention,” Kim complained. “I guess that’s what happened when the drunk girl saw that we were filming Kim and Kourtney Take New York.”

“I always take the high road, so we all left straight after and didn’t feed into their drama,” Kim said. “Moving on!”

Kudos to Scott for trying to protect Kim. I’ll give him a little credit for that!

Kourtney and Kim Take New York, the new reality show on E! is already getting some juicy press.

TMZ is reporting that Kim Kardashian got a drink thrown at her by a jealous woman at the Juliet Supper Club NYC. The lady apparently was not pleased when her man went and asked Kim to pose for a picture.

Khole Kardashian’s ring flew across the floor as she and Scott Disick attempted to intervene.

“Khloe literally dove across the floor to retrieve it … which she eventually did,” the site reports.

After all this mess the group decided to head out. According to sources, Scott was anything but a gentlemen trying to persuade a group of girls waiting for a cab to let them have the first one. No cutting Scott!

Kim and Khloe Kardashian leave their fashionable downtown hotel and head to their new Dash boutique retail space in New York. New York is their third Dash boutique location as well as filming area for “Kourtney and Kim Take New York” which will debut on E! in January 2011. Kim will replace Khloe as Kourtney’s partner for this reality show as Khloe stays in California to keep an eye on their SoCal store and Lamar. Scott Disick is also on location but managed to depart the hotel before the sisters.
