Kim Kardashian tweeted this picture yesterday, and it’s been causing quite a stir! She wrote “Who needs a mirror when I’m driving @scottdisick’s car!?!” along with an Instagram photo of Scott Disick’s new chrome Audi R8.

But her fans noticed something a little creepy in the background. It appears there’s a young girl lurking in the background.

Kim went back online and said, “Seeing your tweets about the creepy girl in my Instagram pic! It’s a cardboard cut out of Kourt when she was little lol No ghosts here!”

Whatever. I think cutouts of people is creepy.

You’re all probably too young to remember this, but the first thing that came to mind was the ghost in ‘Three Men and a Baby’. When that movie came out in the 80′s – we were all CONVINCED the boy in the window was a ghost. Back in the day, rumor had it he committed suicide. Turns out it was also just a cutout. But still – I remember thinking it was a ghost for years!

There have been rumors over the last couple months that Kim Kardashian is considering a mayoral run. I thought the rumors were too asinine to be true, so I didn’t cover it.

But then, as she entered the 2012 White House Correspondent’s Dinner on Saturday night, Kim teased that she’s actually considering doing it.

“Stay tuned,” Kim told Politico. “I always set my goals really high.”

In an unaired clip from the second season of “Khloe & Lamar,” Kardashian revealed her plans to run for mayor of Glendale, California to her sister Khloe Kardashian-Odom.

“I decided I’m going to run for the mayor of Glendale,” Kim said. “It’s going to be in, like, five years. So I have to buy a house. Noelle and I are looking into all the requirements.”

Kardashian, who is of Armenian descent, said she’s eyeing Glendale for her political debut “because it’s, like, Armenian town.”

Kardashian is attending the White House Correspondents’ Dinner as a guest of Fox News. Kris Jenner, the reality star’s “momager,” said Fox News is “on every TV” in her home.

“Our parents are complete Republicans,” said Kardashian, who added that she’s a Democrat.

I mean I guess if Arnold can be Governor, then Kim can be Mayor. Nothing surprises me anymore.

Kim Kardashian denied vehemently that she is the woman featured in a nude photograph circulating the internet.

The photograph shows a kind of dark haired…naked…woman (?) frying eggs.  It was first featured on blog TheDirty.com, before being reposted on  Media Takeout.  Kim, who was out and about NYC doing some shopping, didn’t seem phased by the mini-scandal.  Says a Kardashian rep: “It’s not her. You can totally tell. It looks nothing like her.”

I’m not going to say that I’m NOT jealous of Lindsay Lohan and Kim Kardashian, who get coveted plus ones at the White House Correspondents Dinner…

But I will say this: what a media parade!  Both were invited by FOX news and were put at the same table together.  Kardashian, 31, and Lohan, 25,  have known each other a while, so it won’t be too awkward for them (just for everyone else, perhaps?).  FOX news,  you really seem to know how to MAKE news…

I hope Obama has thoughts about his new dinner guests!

Looks like Kendall and Kylie Kardashian are taking after their older sisters!

The two recently scored the titles of “West Coast Fashion Contributors” for Seventeen Magazine, and will do a webseries for the popular mag.

Says Kendall’s blog,

“I am sooo excited to announce that Kylie and I are the new west coast fashion contributors for Seventeen Magazine!
People always ask us for fashion and beauty tips, and now we can share them directly with readers. It’s really exciting for us! Our first piece will debut in the mag’s June/July issue and we can’t wait to show you guys!!”

The duo will be sharing their fashion and beauty know-how, and of course, doing what their family does best: being in the spotlight.

The romance between Kim Kardashian and Kanye West may only be three weeks old, but Kim’s getting serious!

Apparently Kim, 32, already thought she’d be a mom by now, a close pal of Kim’s tells OK! Magazine.   And Kanye? He may be on board!  The fashion icon and rapper, 34, also said one of his goals in life is to be a dad.  Well, if this thing lasts (you know, longer than the Humphries/Kardashian marriage), you guys should think about it.  But man, why rush?
