Johnny Depp has been tipped as the hot favorite to play Michael Jackson in a biopic about the life of the King of Pop.

Other contenders include Usher, Zac Efron, Will Smith or Justin Timberlake.

The director will have his hands full trying to cast the right person with a source revealing: “It’s going to be one mammoth task trying to get someone good enough at acting and dancing to fill Michael Jackson’s moon-walking shoes. They will need someone with edge, with uniqueness about them.”

Ghostbuster director Ivan Reitman and Up In The Air producer Tom Pollock are currently in talks regarding the project.

Amanda Seyfried and Justin Timberlake hit the red carpet last night for the UK premiere of their new movie, ‘In Time’.

Justin looks great – but Amanda on the other hand… I’m torn. Part of me likes it – but then part of me thinks it’s not a good red carpet look. Her butt cheeks are practically hanging out the back!

The 25-year-old blonde beauty showed some serious leg when she stepped out at the flick’s UK premiere in London on Monday wearing a tailored tuxedo jacket and matching shorts by H&M.

Last month, the 5-foot-4 blonde beauty explained to Us Weekly that she’s not naturally blessed with a slim and trim figure.

“I work my ass off! It’s not easy,” she said in September, adding that she exercises almost every day. “Seriously, when I’m not working, I’m working out. I’m not the kind of girl who stays skinny. Plus, I like to eat sweets! I like to eat a lot.”

To keep things interesting, Seyfried sweats it out in several different ways. “In New York, you can do anything. I go boxing regularly with my friend Andrew. I do Barry’s Boot Camp religiously when I’m in New York and I’m going to start going in LA now too,” she said. “Plus, I have my trainer Harley [Pasternak] in LA.”

I’ll give her this, her legs look amazing.

ScarJo is at it again. After her marriage breakup with Ryan Reynolds in December 2010, the starlet has been linked to a series of men from Justin Timberlake to Kieran Culkin (Macaulay’s younger bro) to Sean Penn and now she’s been caught swapping saliva with 50/50 star, Joseph Gordon-Levitt.

Scars and Jo were first seen dining together and “discussing a project for a while” at Hundred Acres restaurant in New York’s SoHo area in late July. Sparks obviously flew and the two were most recently spotted inspecting each other’s tonsils in New York City last month.

“They were kissing and very hands on,” reveals a witness. “They were very lovey and didn’t try to hide it. They were infatuated with each other.”

While friends of the duo are insisting there is nothing at all going on, I’m going to beg to differ. Keep your eyes peeled for this hot new romance.

Justin Timberlake and Scarlett Johansson are not doing a very good job of dodging those pesky hookup rumors! Justin spent the night at Scarlett’s apartment on September 14th!

Timberlake and Johansson were “hardcore flirting” during a raucous evening at NYC hotspot 1Oak, a witness tells Us. “Other guys were trying to talk with Scarlett, but she was only focused on Justin.”

The duo left at 5:30 a.m. and got pizza next door, the source says. The one-on-one party continued just a few hours after the A-listers closed down 1Oak — when Timberlake showed up at the actress’ midtown penthouse apartment.

Greeting the doorman and introducing himself as “Justin,” Timberlake “wasn’t even low-key” about his visit, another witness noted. (Reps for both stars deny the visit took place.)

“They’ve hooked up several times over the years,” a pal confirms of the pair. But Timberlake just got back together with longtime love Jessica Biel merely a month ago.

“For the moment,” another insider says, “she’s trusting him.”

I thought Justin and ex-girlfriend Jessica Biel were getting back together! I don’t know what to think of this news!

Justin Timberlake and Scarlett Johansson have been rumored to be a couple many times over the years. As far back as 2006 rumors swirled around about a possible romance, when Scarlett starred in one of Justin’s music videos. Rumors again surfaced after Scarlett and husband Ryan Reynolds split up.

Now Justin and Scarlett are both at the center of a phone hacking scandal, and in an effort to get over their mutual embarrassment – they decided to meet up and “weather the storm” together, according to Life & Style.

If Justin Timberlake and Scarlett Johansson are struggling to cope with the alleged hacking scandals that hit them both this week, they’re not letting it show. In fact, Life & Style can reveal that the old friends met up this morning to help each other weather the storm by doing what they do best: partying!

At 3:30 a.m. on Sept. 15, the two stars arrived together at NYC hot spot 1Oak and were said to be having a great time in each other’s company.

“They were dancing and talking to each other all night like old friends,” an eyewitness tells Life & Style. “People were surprised that she showed up with him, but they both seemed happy to see each other.”

Scarlett, 26, is reportedly working with the FBI to find out who hacked into her cell phone and distributed what appear to be naked photos of the blond beauty, which appeared on the web on Sept. 14. Justin, 30, is said to be going through a similar situation: Photos showing the singer in “compromising positions” were allegedly taken from the cell phone of his Friends With Benefits co-star Mila Kunis and could reportedly appear online soon.

But neither star showed signs of stress at the hot spot. “He was all smiles with her,” adds the eyewitness.

“Scarlett and Justin left together with two of his friends around 5 a.m. and hopped into a black SUV,” the eyewitness tells Life & Style. “You can tell the two are great friends and had a blast together. Scarlett seemed really into him, but he didn’t seem interested because of Jessica Biel. It was like he just considers it a friendship.”

As Life & Style previously reported, Justin has recently rekindled his romance with Jessica Biel. Scarlett and Justin have been friends ever since she appeared in his 2006 music video for “What Goes Around Comes Around.”

I don’t buy it… I dunno, they strike me more as friends than anything.

There must be a group of hackers on the prowl right now, because not only were nude pictures of Scarlett Johansson stolen, but according to TMZ, actress Mila Kunis is also a victim of hacking. What’s more interesting – is that this time – the nude pictures not only include Kunis, but also a half-dressed Justin Timberlake! More than just costars perhaps?

Mila Kunis is the latest celebrity whose cell phone has been hacked, and the hacker is leaking several pictures of a seductive Justin Timberlake … TMZ has learned.

Four pictures have been leaked, including two which show Justin — one, laying shirtless in a bed, and another in which J.T. is jokingly sporting a pair of pink panties over his head. Kunis is not featured in either of the pics.

There’s another photo of Mila in a bathtub, but all you see is her head. And then there’s another photo of a male which is explicit in nature, although his identity is a mystery.

There are also some texts and the hacker claims they reveal exchanges between Justin and Mila.

As we first reported, we’re told Scarlett Johansson is going to the FBI today after nude photos of her that were hacked from her cell phone were published this morning.

We could not reach Kunis for comment.

I don’t believe Mila’s pictures have actually surfaced anywhere, which makes me think the authorities were quickly involved in that case. I also think it’s interesting that the two obviously had some sort of relationship, if even briefly. Most likely while they were filming that movie – the Friends With Benefits one (or was that the Ashton Kutcher/Natalie Portman mess).

Anyway – will celebs ever learn? A big part of me thinks they do it on purpose – just begging for the chance for the pics to be “stolen”. Nothing made Paris and Kim bigger stars then their “stolen” sex tapes.

Justin Timberlake and Amanda Seyfried star in the upcoming film, ‘In Time’ which has absolutely nothing to do with politics, so this cover of ‘W’ just confuses me. Am I missing something? Either way – they look hot. I absolutely love Amanda, even though about 50% of her movies SUCK. I LOVE Justin Timberlake, but think he should only act in ‘SNL’.

On How The Acting Thing Started: In films, I didn’t crave the type of attention I had sort of stumbled into in my music career. And I do not audition well. I’m really not good at it. Early on, I did movies like Alpha Dog and Black Snake Moan because the directors didn’t ask me to audition.

On Planning His Every Career Move: It’s different now, but in the past I’ve had some accidents, for sure. I think I have to laugh about the fact that I grew up in public. All these weird stages in my teenage years are documented. Why did no one tell me how terrible some of those outfits were?

On Avoiding Typecasting: After The Social Network, I got two or three sociopaths pitched to me. I didn’t want to play that again. It’s the same for musicians-once you do a song that’s a big deal, you get pitched a similar song. But just like I didn’t want my second album to sound like my first album, I want all the characters I play to be distinct and different.

Justin and Amanda would make a great couple. According to reports, JT is getting ready to propose to on-again girlfriend Jessica Biel, but we shall see how much truth there is in that.

PS: When I first watched the trailer for ‘In Time’, I thought the movie looked awful. But I recently saw an extended trailer – and the second one looked much better than the first. Who knows, maybe it won’t suck?
