Taylor Swift’s new song ‘Back to December’ has just hit the web – and most are speculating that this is her song for Taylor Lautner, with whom she had a brief relationship in 2009 after meeting on the set of ‘Valentine’s Day’.
There are plenty of hints that the video and song are about Taylor. This wouldn’t be the first time Taylor has written a song about an ex. ‘Forever and Always’ and ‘Dear John’ are supposedly about her romances with Joe Jonas and John Mayer, respectively.
“Back to December” itself has plenty of clues that the song is about Lautner. The song’s title is reportedly a reference to the couple’s December 2009 split, and Swift’s lyrics describe “tan skin” and a “sweet smile” that seem to match Lautner’s hunky looks, in addition to referencing the month of September, when the couple reportedly began their romance.
Swift, who admitted that the song is “A first for me, in that I’ve never apologized to someone in a song before,” uses the video’s stunning imagery to paint a pretty clear picture that she’s sorry about what happened with the ‘Twilight’ star and maybe leave a few hints that she wants him back.

The pair were first spotted together at a ‘Saturday Night Live’ taping in October, but the duo had a PDA-filled weekend over Thanksgiving.
Swift and Gyllenhaal were last seen publicly together on Dec. 9. Rumors first surfaced about their alleged split after Gyllenhaal was not in attendance for Swift’s 21st birthday party a few weeks ago.
Swift, famous for penning songs about her love life, might just be writing a new song about Gyllenhaal. The singer, who dated Taylor Lautner in 2009, penned apology song ‘Back to December’ for the ‘Twilight’ hunk and reportedly wrote her latest single, ‘Dear John,’ about rumored ex John Mayer.

She then spent months headlining arena concerts and big-ticket awards shows. But there was one achievement — the Oct. 25 release of her third record, Speak Now — that topped everything. In EW’s interview, Swift talks about all the speculation surrounding the subjects of the songs on Speak Now, understood to include ex-boyfriends Taylor Lautner, Joe Jonas, and John Mayer. “Sometimes I would laugh because I would see it in print and it would say, ‘This song, which is written about her ex, so-and-so…’ And they would write about it as if it was fact. The fact is, I haven’t ever confirmed that any song is about any particular person. There’s something kind of freeing about that. As far as I’m concerned, it’s all still up in the air.” She also explains how she decided to perform her song “Innocent,” which sure seems to be about Kanye West, at this year’s MTV Video Music Awards. “I had decided that I didn’t want to perform on the show. Or even go. Then I woke up in the middle of the night and I realized that I had to, and that I wanted to perform that song.”
Even though Eva is in the middle of a divorce from husband Tony Parker, that may not stop John Mayer from going in for the kill! Sources tell Pop Eater that the singer is hot for Eva!
“John is crazy about Eva,” a friend of the crooner tells me. “There is something about newly-divorced ladies that drives him nuts. He was the same way over Jessica [Simpson] when she left Nick [Lachey], and now he has his eye on Eva.”
“No way is Eva thinking of another man right now,” a friend of the actress tells me. “Mayer can send all the flowers in the world and even show up under her window with his guitar and it would make no difference. Eva wants some alone time. She is still heartbroken about her marriage falling apart.”
Lets hope this isn’t true… seems so sad and desperate!
