Jessica Simpson welcomed her daughter Maxwell Drew just a couple weeks ago, and now she’s moved into wedding planning! An insider tells Life & Style that the ‘Fashion Star’ host has set her wedding date: December 12, 2012 – 12/12/12.

The couple, who have been engaged since November 2010, reportedly had been planning to wed in Hawaii on Nov. 11 (11/11/11) but put their plans on hold after Jess discovered she’d become pregnant. With a new date set, the couple are still considering a laid-back beachside ceremony. “Jessica and Eric are eyeing the Hawaiian island of Kauai for the reception for around 60 family and friends,” the insider reveals.

But that’s not all the Fashion Star mentor has in the works. “Jessica is busy planning two very important events — Maxwell’s baptism and her wedding to Eric,” a pal reveals to Life & Style.

She’s hired celebrity party planner Mindy Weiss, who planned Jessica’s Charlotte’s Web–themed baby shower, as well as her 2002 wedding to Nick Lachey, to take care of the details for both extravaganzas!

Jess has pretty much been in hiding since she delivered Maxwell. I’m sure she’s tucked away losing her Weight-Watchers-sponsored weight loss. She gained some 80 pounds, according to sources. Good thing she’s being paid millions by Weight Watchers to help her lose weight! Soon we’re going to be bombarded with images of the “new” Jessica – compared to the larger pregnant Jessica.

No more buttered Pop Tarts for new mom Jessica Simpson!

Fashion Star mentor and business mogul  Simpson had her daughter Maxwell Drew, but now it’s time to start prepping for her next challenge: her new $4 million deal with Weight Watchers!

“As soon as Jessica heals from the C-section, she is extremely determined to get back in the gym and work out,” a confidant tells Us Weekly. “She wants to show the world and is excited to do it.”

“She’ll have to meet the weight-loss goals for the deal to go through,” says the source. “She hasn’t chosen a trainer yet. In fact, she hasn’t even thought about working out for a year. But if she wants this, she’ll need to work out a good five times a week.”

Ashlee Simpson and her son, Bronx, adore the new addition to the Simpson family!

People reports that Ashlee, whose son is now three, is thrilled to be an aunt.

“Bronx and I are in love with Maxwell already! Jessica has wanted to be a mom since we were little girls and I couldn’t be more excited for her and Eric!”

Ashlee was already gifting little Maxwell before she was even born-  the younger Simpson sister bought Maxwell a tiny Fendi dress and matching garment bag in March.

The big news today is that Jessica Simpson had her baby- daughter Maxwell Drew- weighing in at 9 lbs, 13 oz. But, we’ve got more information on the luxury accommodations of the star and her new kid!

Moms with the extra cash can buy a suite for 3,784 per day, which includes three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and lots of other perks, including a couple flat screen TV’s, chilled juice and muffins, a new mom manicure and pedicure, and a post-labor private dinner for two.  Sounds pretty posh, Ms. Simpson…

Jessica Simpson’s baby girl is here!

The singer and fiance Eric Johnson welcomed a baby girl this morning in Los Angeles. “We are so grateful for all the love, support and prayers we have received. This is been the greatest experience of our lives,” the singer posted on her website Tuesday.

The baby girl weighed in at 9 lbs. 13 oz. That’s a BIG baby!!

The couple have decided to name their daughter Maxwell Drew Johnson. I sooooooooooooo do not understand giving a little girl a full boy name. If you’re going to give her a boy first name – at least give her a feminine middle name!! On paper this girl will always be confused as a boy.

It’s the first child for the couple, who have been dating since summer 2010.

Jessica Simpson is at the hospital – and baby is on it’s way NOW!

TMZ has the scoop:

It’s been 87 months in the works … but IT’S FINALLY HAPPENING … Jessica Simpsonand several members of her family arrived to an L.A. hospital this morning … because it’s BABY TIME!!!!

Jessica, her mother Tina and her sister Ashlee just arrived to the hospital … along with Eric Johnson’s parents.

Jessica has looked like she’s been ready to pop for weeks … but the little Johnson inside her wasn’t ready to come out.

It’s POSSIBLE Jessica has already given birth … but we just don’t know yet.

So far, no word from Jessica’s people.

I’m dying to know how big the baby ended up being

Snooki is gearing up for her pregnancy,  but not without adding a little drama. US reports Snooki’s views on her upcoming pregnancy, and it seems like she’s got some, um, pretty strong opinions!

On tanning her baby: “My baby’s gonna be naturally tan…If you look at me and Jionni (LaValle, Snooki’s fiance), we’re very dark, so luckily the baby will be very dark.”

On Fashion: “If it’s a girl, animal print everywhere and blinged out everything…If it’s a boy, I would dress him like Pauly.”
