Looks like Casper Smart‘s life is turning up Jennifer Lopez…er, roses.

After being promoted from dancer to choreographer on Lopez’s world tour, Smart just had Lopez sell a reality show based on his life to the Oxygen network…and it’s already been picked up as a full series!

The show will follow Smart whipping dancers into shape for Lopez’s tour…and, Lopez and Smart’s relationship will be portrayed as purely professional, says the New York Post.

Still no word on whether or not Jennifer Lopez will be back for a third season of ‘American Idol’. Looks like the final decision will be up to J.Lo herself, as executive producer Nigel Lythgoe announces she “needs to make up her mind”.

Lopez has said she is not sure about renewing her contract saying she is “just too busy.” Some are speculating that Lopez’s delayed decision is a negotiation ploy.

Lythgoe told reporters on a conference call Friday that all three “Idol” judges, Lopez, Steven Tyler and Randy Jackson  have other things going on, but that he would like to have them all back for next season.

“She (Jennifer) has had a wonderful resurgence – world’s most beautiful woman (for People magazine), two No. 1 records – she is doing brilliantly. She is going to have to balance everthing up, as is Steven Tyler, too. It’s not just Jennifer,” Lythgoe said in the Reuters report.

Lopez took to Twitter to tell fans she hasn’t quite made up her mind.

“There is no truth to reports that say I am definitely leaving ‘Idol’,” the pop singer tweeted on Thursday. “All I said was I haven’t decided what I am doing next year.”

This season’s “American Idol” is down to two finalists and the two-part finale will be broadcast on Fox on May 22 and 23.

Jennifer Lopez is signing off as a judge on ‘American Idol’ after she’s appeared with the talent-show for two years. It’s not clear why she’s leaving – or if she left by choice, or was asked to leave. Rumor has it producers weren’t impressed with American Idol’s ratings over the last two years, but honestly I doubt she’s been fired. Ratings have been poor because of Simon and Paula leaving. To be honest, I never really watched AI since Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler signed on. I just don’t really care anymore.

Jennifer Lopez may have just been named by Forbes magazine today as the most powerful celebrity, but her reign at American Idol is coming to an end. While J.Lo has publicly said she has yet to make a decision about her future on Idol, sources exclusively tell me that she she’s planning on calling it quits.

“She’s just too busy,” one source said. That’s so very true.

She’s about to launch a mega concert tour with Enrique Iglesias that kicks off this summer in Latin America and the U.S. She plans to go worldwide in the fall. I’m told Lopez will be on the road, at the very least, through the end of the year. The next round of Idol auditions will begin while she’s overseas.

The superstar apparently wants to free up her schedule next year, possibly taking a little hiatus from work to be with her kids.

“It is just like any working mom’s dilemma,” Lopez told us at Monday’s premiere of What to Expect When You’re Expecting. “It’s tough. It’s a balancing act. You put them first and then you have all these other things that you have to do, that you have to give your time to as well, and you have to make sure that they’re OK in the process.”

Fox declined to comment on Lopez’s future with the show. Meanwhile, a source close to the production tells E! News that “Fox does not want to let her go. They love her.”

Lopez has been on Idol for two seasons with one-year contracts for both. Now the question is, will Fox try to change Lopez’s mind with a much bigger payday?

Here are some new pictures of Jennifer Lopez at last night’s Los Angeles premiere of ‘What to Expect When You’re Expecting’.

Jennifer wore this nude-colored Maria Lucia Hohan dress, with a neckline plunging to her waist.  I’m really unsure what I think about this dress. My gut tells me I don’t like it – but if I try to pick a reason why, I’m coming up empty handed. I think it’s too big? Too matronly looking? I don’t know.

E! caught up with Jennifer on the red carpet, and she opened up about everything from her current boyfriend, Casper Smart, to her ex-husband Marc Anthony, and some advice she has for Britney Spears and Demi Lovato (who were announced yesterday as judges on The X Factor).

So, how do Lopez and her dancer beau decide how to work the carpet at big events like this one?

“He just does what he wants to do,” Lopez said. “He knows I’m working, and we just play it by ear. We don’t try to plan it too much. It’s a special occasion.”

And speaking of working, Lopez dished on trying to find balance when it comes to work and family.

“It is just like any working mom’s dilemma,” the 42-year-old thesp said. “It’s tough. It’s a balancing act. You put them first and then you have all these other things that you have to do, that you have to give your time to as well, and you have to make sure that they’re OK in the process.”

One thing Lopez has appeared to find balance with is her relationship with her ex-husband Marc Anthony, with whom she cohosts the Spanish reality competition show, Q’Viva.

“[Marc and I] are gonna be performing together in Las Vegas with our whole Q’Viva crew,” Lopez said. “Marc and I were friends for 10 years before we got married. We got married, we had two beautiful children, and we’re still friends. Things disappointingly don’t work out the way that you dream them in your mind sometimes. That’s life. But, that doesn’t mean that the caring goes away or the friendship or the things that brought you together disappear. They haven’t for us, so we just want to be great parents and great friends and just try to do things well for them.”

And before stepping away into the premiere, the American Idol judge offered a little bit of advice for new X Factor judges Britney Spears and Demi Lovato.

“Be yourself,” Lopez said. “That’s what I think every time I’m out there. Treat people how I want to be treated.”

Here are new photos from the Los Angeles premiere of ‘What to Expect When You’re Expecting’!

Cameron Diaz is one of the bigger stars in the film, alongside Jennifer Lopez and Elizabeth Banks.

Cameron went with a black (very short) Valentino dress. I don’t hate the dress, but I don’t necessarily love it either. It’s nice that she’s going for a bit of a softer look, I prefer this much more over the pants suits she wears sometimes.

Cameron recently explained that she thinks women should be strong.

“When I’m not working I train every day that I can. I like weights. It’s important for women to have strong muscles – that’s what carries you,” she explained.

Cameron has been open about her attitude towards ageing in the past. It isn’t something she is that concerned with as she is happy with how her life is at the moment.

The blonde beauty feels content, explaining she has never overly worried about her life.

“I don’t worry about age. I never have. I couldn’t’ wait to get into my thirties when I was in my twenties. I don’t want to go back to being 20, it was torture,” she said in an interview with British magazine Look.

“[My self-confidence] has always been there and it’s grown as I’ve got older and wiser.”

Jennifer Lopez, Cameron Diaz, Brooklyn Decker, Anna Kendrick and Elizabeth Banks grace the cover of June’s Redbook Magazine, in promotion of their upcoming film “What to Expect When You’re Expecting”.

The film hits theaters on May 18th, and in the new magazine, the actresses opened up about their own families.

Cameron Diaz on feeling pressured to have kids:

“I’m sure a lot of people would expect that I would have had a child by my age. But it’s not what I’ve wanted out of my life thus far. We still live in a largely chauvinistic world. There’s a box people put themselves in, and when you [live] outside of it, that makes them uncomfortable–they have to look at themselves and question their own choices.”

Elizabeth Banks on whether or not there’s a “right” time to get pregnant:

“I definitely don’t think [you have to wait for] a right time. I mean: Why wait? The Chinese believe that if you have a baby, what you want comes together even better. You just do it, and make it work.”

Jennifer Lopez on making it work, day to day:

“My sanctuary is my bathtub. That’s really the only time I get to myself. It’s usually around 15 or 20 minutes, but for me, those minutes are like heaven on earth. Sometimes I even say a little prayer while I’m in there. I’m like, ‘Lord, help me get through this day!’”
