Lindsay Lohan was leaving the Sayers Club in Hollywood just after midnight last night, when she struck someone with her new Porsche – and then fled the scene!

According to TMZ, she was exiting the parking lot, when she was blocked by paparazzi and bystanders near the Hookah Lounge.

Lindsay made contact with the manager of the Hookah Lounge with her car and then peeled out.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … the 26-year-old manager was standing by his car when Lindsay was attempting a 3-point turn and she grazed his knee and his car.  We’re told the manager didn’t know who Lindsay was at first and he told the paparazzi on scene and police that he didn’t need medical attention. Cops say he was told the driver was Lindsay but he said he wasn’t from this country and didn’t know who she was.  We’re told a short time later he began complaining he was injured.

Apparently the police were called to the scene, where they interviewed people, including the manager who was struck – and then left. Lindsay may have been the one to call police herself, claiming she was trying to protect herself from the paparazzi.

Sources at the scene say the manager may not have suffered any injury. Police tell TMZ that they investigated, and found no one was hurt as far as they could tell.

BUT THEN….. this morning TMZ reported that the club manager did end up going to the emergency room, and he’s planning on pressing charges and hire an attorney. Police will have to open a hit-and-run investigation if the manager decides to file a report.

TMZ spoke to an eyewitness who also says the manager was fine and actually “got up and started smoking his hookah.”

Here’s the thing…. it sounds like the manager was totally fine – until he realized it was Lindsay Lohan who hit him. Once he realized he could make some money off of this, he decides to go into the hospital and file charges? I think that’s really crappy. People will do anything to make a buck these days.

Juliette Lewis was the victim of a hit-and-run last night!

The actress was being driven home from the premiere of her new movie Conviction (pictured at the premiere above) when another car t-boned her vehicle around 10:19PM.

The Lincoln Town Car she was riding in was completely totaled (scary!).

Lewis’ rep adds, “[Juliette] went to the hospital to be checked out and is a bit banged up and sore but otherwise thankfully okay. She is now resting at home.”

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the driver of the other car — a Honda — fled the scene. Cops discovered the Honda a few blocks from the spot of the crash … but the suspect is still at large.

Luckily she’s fine! That could have been awful!

In trouble with the law again! This couple needs to move to Nebraska, or somewhere they can’t get into any more trouble. Cy Waits was charged with a hit-and-run.

The picture above shows a female paparazzo’s leg underneath the wheels of Cy Waits’s Bentley. Paris Hilton and Cy Waits got into yet more car trouble last night, when they knocked down a female photographer as they were leaving the BOA Steakhouse in Hollywood.

It all started when the couple were leaving the restaurant last night, and a swarm of paparazzi rushed their car. Cy apparently accelerated, knocking down the photographer.

The photographer, identified as Carol, was left pinned when the tires of Cy Waits’s Bentley ran over her leg, leaving a deep indentation on her right shin. Paramedics were called and took the photographer away in an ambulance.

Apparently Cy didn’t realize he had run anyone over, and he left the scene. Someone texted him shortly after, and told him what happened. He returned to the scene, and returned to the scene. After talking with police, he was cited for hit-and-run, and was allowed to leave.

Even though the picture above clearly shows that a paparazzo was hit, Paris Hilton did what she does best… LIE. “The pap is making up injuries” she said.

Police are looking into the incident, there are rumors that the photog’s flashes may have caused temporary blindness, and Cy may not have seen what he had done. In that case, the photographers could actually be charged with interfering with the operation of a vehicle, which is also a crime.
