Kate Moss covers June’s Harper’s Bazaar

Kate Moss covers June’s Harper’s Bazaar. The pictures, shot by Terry Richardson, are beautiful, but a bit boring if you ask me.

I think my favorite is the one below, with Kate standing in the ocean. According to Harper’s Bazaar, Kate is “modeling the best of the collections on location in Jamaica.”

Nicole Kidman and her daughter Faith on the cover of Harper’s Bazaar

This is one of the more beautiful covers I’ve seen of Nicole Kidman. She looks so beautiful. Not made-up, not dressed in some amazing gown. Just down-to-earth, natural and beautiful with her baby girl, Faith.

Here we have Nicole on the June cover of Harper’s Bazaar Australia. She’s holding her 18-month-old daughter Faith.

Nicole’s hair is chopped very short, in a cute little bob. She cut her hair for her portrayal of 33-year-old Grace Kelly in ‘Grace of Monaco’.

Here’s more from Harper’s Bazaar:

Truth, beauty, family. Editor Edwina McCann gets to know the real Nicole Kidman on location at BAZAAR’s August cover shoot.

Nicole Kidman is no stranger to criticism. She faced plenty after the birth in December 2010 of Faith Margaret, a much-yearned for sister for Sunday Rose. Faith was famously born with the help of a “gestational carrier” as is the common term in the US. No doubt there will be those who throw yet more criticism at her for allowing her children to feature in photos in this month’s Harper’s BAZAAR. So I wanted to explain what happened behind the scenes.

Kidman was booked for our cover shoot with a young Australian photographer and regular BAZAAR contributor, Will Davidson. The shoot took place a few hours out of Sydney in a country home with a perfect red dirt road, as envisioned by Davidson. Kidman arrived on time, without entourage, and even spotted the crew not a coffee but a coffee van — “my treat” — when she was told the cost was beyond the shoot budget. She was a willing photographic subject, talked to me in an unguarded and genuinely warm manner before the pictures, and later waited obligingly until dark for a specific Gucci dress to arrive. (In the end the light was so low that the shot didn’t make the cut.) Later in the afternoon, Sunday Rose and Faith arrived after their sleeps to see Mummy. Kidman didn’t want to put them down; Sunday Rosedonned one of the tuxedo jackets from the clothing racks because it was getting chilly. The photographer then took some shots of Kidman with the girls solely for her family album.

Nicole didn’t mind her children being photographed for the magazine, either. She said, “I think it’s OK, because you can’t see their faces; they’re still protected. I feel it’s a really lovely way to celebrate being a mum and being a family, and they’re my daughters, and they’re Keith’s daughters [laughs] … you can see the hair!”

I love, love, love the cover! Beautiful!

Cameron Diaz opens up about her love of British men in the new Harper’s Bazaar UK

Cameron Diaz graces the June cover of Harper’s Bazaar UK.

The beautiful pictures were shot by photographer Tom Munro.

The 39-year-old actress opened up about British men. “I love their sense of humour and the sense of chivalry and charm.
It’s something that is innately a part of the culture – we don’t have that over here, it’s not the same in America. (Colin Firth) is the perfect Englishman. Just enough of the self-effacing to a point that it’s comfortable for other people, but also totally charming and engaging to where he makes you feel special. He’s got that British honesty.”

“I love London. I love the Brits, I always have. I have a weak spot for them. I grew up on Monty Python. I love Little Britain. My grandfather used to watch Benny Hill all the time.”

Cameron also opened up about her relationship with Gwyneth Paltrow. “We became very close after my dad’s death. She reached out and it was very sweet. We bonded on that.”

Interviewer Melissa Whitworth said Cameron is very down to earth. She said: “We spent three hours together… Drank a bottle of rosé, ate food and talked and talked. That’s the best way to experience someone and work out what makes them tick: when they are utterly relaxed. It was one of my favourite interviews in the 13 years I’ve been doing this. She’s been interviewed into oblivion over the last 18 years, so I expected her to be jaded, but not a bit.”

Melissa isn’t the only one gushing about Cameron. Earlier this month, former boyfriend Alex Rodriguez called Cameron ‘one of the greatest human beings’ he has ever met.

The baseball player, who dated the famous blonde for 18 months, said during an interview on The Insider: ‘I don’t like talking about my relationships, but what I will tell you about CD is that she’s probably one of the greatest human beings I’ve ever met, and just an amazing light.’

Cameron will soon be seen on the silver screen once again in ensemble rom-com What To Expect When You’re Expecting, alongside Jennifer Lopez, Chris Rock and Chace Crawford.

The film also features the highly-anticipated cameo performance from Cheryl Cole.

Renee Zellweger vs. Victoria Beckham: Who has the hotter Harper’s Bazaar cover?

I’m just gonna say it. What the heck is up with Renee’s face? Has her nose always looked like that? Maybe it’s the angle? Maybe the photoshop? Whatever it is – I’m not feeling her cover on Harper’s Bazaar Russia. (PS: Where has she been!? No movie in ages!)

And below we have Victoria Beckham’s Harper’s Bazaar China cover. Wow.

It’s a toss up – I sort of think they’re both a hot mess!

PS: ICYDK has changed the way comments work. I’m sure you’ve noticed. Sorry if you hate it – but it was time for a change! Comments now appear on Facebook – which is better for everyone! Victoria Beckham claims her body represents the “average woman”

Oh if only that were the truth, huh?

Victoria Beckham insists that she uses her body as an example for her own designs.

In the new Harper’s Bazaar UK, the married mother of four, explained that she wears her own designs so she can feel what her customers feel.

“We always joke that we have this fabulously gorgeous 17-year-old model who is six-foot-whatever and then I say “OK, I’m going to put it on. I stand for the general public here”.

“It’s how I work. I found it really difficult when I was pregnant and I couldn’t do that. It’s part of the process – I’ll stand here in my knickers and start draping fabric over myself. It was very hard when I didn’t have my body.”

But with the average British woman wearing a size 16, and certainly unable to afford a dress from the Victoria Beckham collection – adored by the A-list – and costing thousands, it’s a claim that stretches the imagination somewhat.

Victoria has established herself as a fashion designer in the last couple of years, and this year won the coveted Designer Brand of the Year at the British Fashion Awards.

The overwhelmed designer who previously enjoyed massive success with The Spice Girls said it was like an ‘out of body experience’ when her name was called out.

‘I came offstage and said, “I cried three times, I didn’t thank the people I wanted to thank, I was really rubbish”. But I think people saw the real me…and the truth is, I would have felt much more comfortable in my pyjamas with the kids and David in a hotel watching it on TV.’

She looks absolutely amazing in these pictures. I read in the interview that she claims to be a size 6, which blew me away. A 6? I would have never guessed that. I would have said 0 or 2 at the biggest! I don’t see enough curves to make her a size 6.

Mila Kunis in Harper’s Bazaar: “People are always taken aback that I’m easygoing but not necessarily stupid.”

Mila Kunis graces the April cover of Harper’s Bazaar (US), and here are the pictures from the shoot which was shot by Terry Richardson. What do you think about the photos? I think she’s adorable, love them!

Here are some clips from the interview:

On Black Swan and how it changed her career: “I honestly thought, ‘This is going to be a Darren Aronofsky movie. Maybe people will see it, maybe they won’t.’ I didn’t for one second think, ‘I’m making a movie about ballerinas. People are gonna run to see this.’” Before Black Swan, “I had anonymity,” she says. “Right now, not nearly as much.”

Immigrating from the Ukraine at seven, speaking not a word of English: “We came with nothing, and my parents had to work for everything,” she recalls. “The easygoing aspect of me comes from the fact that when you have nothing, you have nothing to lose.”

Her parents don’t approve: “If it was up to my parents, I would have never done this,” she says of acting, “but now I’m 28, so what can they do?”

Does she make friends easily? “No. It’s hard to open up to people because often they’re more curious than they actually care about you.”

Is she more paranoid now? “Yes. Incredibly.”

Her phone wasn’t hacked: “No, my e-mail that hasn’t been valid in over three years was hacked. They got a photo of me. I’m not naked or anything. I was covered in bubbles, eating.”

How she safeguards: “Well, I don’t send naked photos.” Then she laughs. “Not that there’s anything wrong with that.” Mila emerged from Hackergate unscathed, unlike fellow actress Scarlett Johansson, who was allegedly a victim of the same culprit. “The sad thing is, she shouldn’t even have to explain who it’s for,” Mila says.

On dating: “I don’t get asked out. This past year, I haven’t been home, so who’s going to ask me?”

Macaulay Culkin: Her last serious boyfriend was Macaulay Culkin, whom she dated for eight years, until 2010. “It was fantastic,” she says. “I mean, I honestly think being single’s great. Being in a relationship’s great. It’s all about the timing. I loved it.”

She’s not a wild girl: “I don’t go out very often. I prefer to stay home and have a nice little beverage and watch television.” She cooks too. “I can make anything out of leftovers. I want to be a judge on Top Chef.” She works out with a trainer three times a week, mostly because that enables her to keep eating and drinking. “My glass of wine and I are besties.”

Gaining weight, post Black Swan: After her drastic weight loss for Black Swan (20 pounds off her already lean frame), Mila notes that her body “has never been the same. My shape is different. When I got down to 95 pounds, I was muscles, like a little brick house, but skin and bones. When I gained it back, it went to completely different areas.” Like the rear? “No, I’d be happy if my ass got bigger. All the weight that left my chest went to my side hip, my stomach.” She’s wary of another role that would require a body transformation. “I’m not going to say I’d look forward to it, but if an offer came along, I’d do it.”

Her style icons: “I’ve always been a fan of Kate Winslet. She’s very classy and a sexy little thing too. Victoria Beckham — she’s very confident in whatever she wears. Oh, and Cate Blanchett,” she says. “Obviously.”

Aging: “I will not put a needle in my body unless I have a medical reason,” she says, “but ask me in 10 years. Right now, I’m like, ‘I’m going to embrace it,’ but … I’m probably going to want to have something done. I have no doubt.”

Stereotypes: “People have interpretations of what you’re supposed to be like,” she says. “If you’re unattractive and overweight, you must have a great personality. If you’re attractive, then you must not be the nicest person. People are always taken aback that I’m easygoing but not necessarily stupid.”

I really like Mila. I think she’s really cute, and I think she’s a good actress. I think she comes across really well in interviews. I never saw ‘Friends With Benefits’, her movie with Justin Timberlake. Was it good?

Taylor Swift and Tim Tebow might be dating.

Taylor Swift and Tim Tebow have been spending more and more time together, since the two connected at Friday night’s WME pre-Oscar bach.

“They were together for almost an hour,” our insider told Celebuzz. “She approached Tim and he looked more than happy to be talking with her.”

The pair reportedly had dinner together at Toscanova on Monday in Los Angeles. “After dinner he walked her out, and then he walked back in to join two other people. I think they may have been with their agents.”

Here is Taylor Swift on the cover of Harper Bazaar Australia. She looks really good, right?
