Hailey Glassman is claiming that her ex Jon Gosselin would threaten ex-wife Kate Gosselin unless she gave him money. Supposedly the threat was that Jon was going to call Child Protective Services on Kate if she didn’t pay up.

One of Kate & Jon’s 8 kids, Mady hurt her arm. And Jon was going to say it was Kate’s fault.

Jon is not having it. He says that Hailey’s accusations are totally false. But Hailey claims to have hand-written notes by Jon to prove her accusations are spot on.

Jon would not give a comment to Radaronline, but did take to his Twitter account to make a statement.

“Radaronline has been duped again by Hailey Glassman, who is apparently without a job and desperate for money,” Jon wrote on his Twitter account.

“This article contains so many lies, they are too numerous to count. It is completely false and without any merit.”

If the hand written notes are legit, this could be a problem for Jon. Hailey says Jon made notes of points he wanted to bring up to Kate during their conversations.

“Look, the documents and the evidence speak for itself,” Hailey told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview on Wednesday after hearing about Jon’s denial.

As for Jon’s allegations that Hailey doesn’t have a job, she says that’s a charge that applies to him!

"I'm waiting for JON to get a job so I can sue him for the money he owes me. HELLO!" she said.

Hailey told RadarOnline.com that Jon often refers to himself in the third person, and the notes reflect that. In one of them he wrote: “Jon giving Kate ultimatums. He privately extorts Kate. If you don’t do what I want, I’ll do this…”

If there is any truth to this, then Jon has really sunk to a new low. I hope these accusations are false.

As the investigation continues into the robbery of Jon Gosselin’s NYC apartment, the reality star’s lawyer is speaking out. “Hailey Glassman is going to jail. It’s as simple as that,” Jon’s attorney Mark Heller told RadarOnline.com.

New York Police obtained a security tape from the building, and the only person who has a key to the father of eight’s apartment is Hailey, Heller told RadarOnline.

“The building security tape will not lie and the evidence will speak for itself,” Heller told RadarOnline.com.

Heller felt compelled to speak out after Hailey’s lawyer told RadarOnline that the situation seemed like a “publicity stunt.”

He believes the security video holds the proof revealing Jon’s former girlfriend trashed his apartment Saturday taking his Plasma TV along with her.

Heller also told RadarOnline that former Jon’s favorite Louis Vuitton shoes were shredded with a knife and a Ming vase that was in Jon’s family for 100 years was shattered.

Police have gathered fingerprint evidence from the knife and the handwritten note, Heller told RadarOnline.

According to one source, Hailey has admitted to writing the note which labeled Jon as a “cheater,” and had a knife jammed through it. Hailey moved out of her ex-boyfriend’s Upper West Side apartment last week, right before the mysterious burglary took place on Saturday morning.

The former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star found his apartment in shambles by the intruder.

The apartment was under both Jon and Hailey’s names.

Jon Gosselin is in yet another he-said-she-said situation – only this time, it’s not with ex-wife Kate Gosselin but with ex-girlfriend Hailey Glassman.

Jon Gosselin, 32, says that his apartment was ransacked and his belongings vandalized over Christmas – and hints that all signs point to Glassman, 22, as the perpetrator. When he returned to his New York City pad on Dec. 26 after spending the holiday with his kids, he was “horrified … to observe his furniture, clothing and personal belongings slashed by a very troubled and sick perpetrator,” Gosselin’s attorney Mark Jay Heller says.

What reportedly clued Gosselin into a possible link with Glassman, who split with the reality-show dad in recent weeks? A note that she’d allegedly written, pinned to his dresser with a butcher knife.

But, says Glassman’s attorney, Anand Ahuja: “Somebody is trying to frame my client.”

And who’s an obvious suspect for that kind of crime? How about an attention-starved Gosselin? “I don’t know anything about any note and I can’t confirm it at this time,” Glassman’s other attorney, Stephanie Ovadia tells People. “This appears to be a publicity stunt.”

Glassman did take items from the apartment, on which she split the rent with Gosselin – but everything she took belonged to her, according to her lawyers.

Gosselin “told her the apartment would be padlocked because he had not been paying rent, and she should go there and take whatever she wanted,” Ovadia says.

But Gosselin’s camp is hellbent on justice. His lawyer, Heller, vows to “vigorously” pursue “felony charges.”

Even so, Glassman’s reps aren’t rattled.

“My client had nothing to do with this,” Ahuja says. “As far as she is concerned, it’s a hoax.”

Hailey Glassman wants her New Year to be drama-free — and that means no Jon Gosselin.

The 22 year-old ex-girlfriend of Gosselin, 32, announced her plans (with typos) for 2010 on her private Twitter account.

“My New years resolution is to finally stand up for myself, not let myself be controled+manipulated by Jon,” Glassman wrote Tuesday, “I wish for him out of my life.”

Glassman has said in the past that she was “emotionally abused” by Gosselin during their relationship and that he had “mantrums.”

As recently as Dec. 8, Glassman told RadarOnline.com that she was furious to learn of Gosselin’s fling with Star magazine reporter Kate Major. “I’m mind boggled and hurt by it,” she said. “And he still lies to me about it and denies it to this day.”

Onward and upward for Glassman: she also notes that she’s moving out of the Manhattan apartment that she shared (awkward!) with Gosselin — and she wants to slim down.

While Kate Gosselin was busy on The Jay Leno Show and not changing her last name, ex-hubby Jon Gosselin tried to trade in his car last Friday — the day the parents’ of eight divorce was finalized. Jon attempted to make a profit by trading in his BMW for a Subaru plus an additional $4,000, TMZ reports.

An employee at Auto Exchange USA in Lancaster, Pa., told TMZ Jon arrived at the car lot wanted to trade his 2005 BMW M3 for a 2008 Subaru STI and the additional money.

However, Jon’s plan to come up with some extra dough failed. His beloved Beamer was not worth as much as he hoped, and Jon aborted his mission sans the Subaru or the $4,000.

The Lancaster, Pa. car lot is ironically the spot where Stephanie Santoro used to work, the babysitter Jon had an alleged affair with.

Jon may be in for some more bad luck when his former mistresses combine forces in a reported TV interview.

Kate Major, Hailey Glassman and Stephanie are currently in discussions to sit down as a group and tell the world their side of the Jon Gosselin story, HollywoodLife.com reported earlier this month.

“I think the truth is going to come out,” Kate, the former Star reporter who left her job after falling for Jon over the summer, told Hollywood Life.

“We are all meeting together for the first time very soon and all three of us are going to publicly talk,” Kate explains. “The interview is being arranged as we speak.”

‘Jon and Kate Plus Eight’ reality star Jon Gosselin and his girlfriend Hailey Glassman hang out on a yacht with fashion designer of ‘Ed Hardy’ brand Christian Audigier, Audigier’s wife Ira, and other friends.

Just weeks after splitting from his wife of 10 years, Jon Gosselin is back in the spotlight with a new career and a new girlfriend.

Gosselin, 32, turned up in St. Tropez hand-in-hand with Hailey Glassman, the daughter of the plastic surgeon who performed Kate’s tummy tuck in 2006. The lovebirds spent the weekend along the French Riviera so Gosselin could finalize a deal to design his own line of children’s clothing with Ed Hardy designer Christian Audigier.

Glassman will also have a hand in creating the kid-friendly fashions. “She’ll have a lot of input with Christian,” Gosselin told PEOPLE of Hailey’s involvement. “And I will, too.”

And don’t forget the plus eight — Gosselin tells PEOPLE that his eight kids, who spent the weekend with Kate at the family’s Pennsylvania home, will model his designs in ads for the line. Audigier tells PEOPLE that he approached Gosselin with the idea after noticing that the reality show dad often wore his tattoo-inspired T-shirts on Jon and Kate Plus Eight.

“He’s huge,” says the French designer, who may also collaborate with Gosselin on a specialty motorcycle collection. “Everyone knows this family. And everyone will know our clothes. They’ll be fun, easy clothes for kids.”

But it wasn’t all work for Jon and Hailey. During the extended weekend aboard Audigier’s yacht, Gosselin and Glassman lunched at the Tahiti Club before cruising around the bay in a cigarette boat. The pair also went shopping at some of the high-end boutiques around St. Tropez, including Hermes and Prada. “They couldn’t take their eyes off each other,” a friend of Audigier’s tells PEOPLE. “They looked so happy to just be together.”

“I feel very relaxed,” Gosselin told PEOPLE during his weekend escape. But, “every ten minutes I keep thinking about the kids and missing them.” A reunion will come soon enough: Gosselin is due back home on Tuesday where he will start filming new episodes of the family’s TLC series, which returns from hiatus on Aug. 3.
