George Clooney topped Giorgio Armani’s A-list on Monday as the Italian veteran designer unveiled a Tuareg-inspired spring/summer 2011 collection.
Cameramen swarmed around Clooney and girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis as they took their front-row seats for the pageant, staged as footage of rolling Saharan sand dunes and music suggesting desert wind played in the background.
Armani spokeswoman Megan Fox and husband Brian Austin Green were also in attendance.

George Clooney is frustrated his campaign to highlight the genocide in Darfur hasn’t halted the ongoing killings – branding it “the greatest failure” of his life.
The Hollywood actor has long been involved with raising awareness of the conflicts in the Sudanese region of Darfur, where millions of refugees have allegedly been killed since 2003.
He was even granted a private meeting with President Barack Obama last year to talk about the Be A Voice For Darfur scheme, which aimed to push the White House into taking action in the African region.
The Sudanese government signed a ceasefire agreement with the Justice and Equality Movement (JEM) in February – but it hasn’t stopped civilians being targeted. And Clooney is saddened by the continued violence.
He tells Britain’s The Sun, “I’ve been honoured to be able to lend my celebrity to help wherever I can, especially on behalf of the United Nations. But in the case of Darfur, it’s been the greatest failure of my life. With other people, we’ve been able to get a lot of attention focused on the terrible situation there and nothing has changed. It’s very frustrating.”

Italian model Elisabetta Canalis, 31, speaks out about her relationship with George Clooney in the new Italian Vanity Fair. She was recently allegedly linked to a cocaine and prostitution ring in Italy. The constant criticism would cause her to be insecure about her romance with Clooney, 49.
“There are some people who just don’t want to see me happy,” Canalis, 31, complains of her relationship with George Clooney in the new Italian Vanity Fair.
“I sometimes feel insecure, but if you are loved then you always feel great,” she says. “[George] reassures me all the time. He is very close. I feel more embraced than ever before.”
I know some women, very high profile women, who have taken his picture off their computer desktop,” she tells the mag. “Maybe I should not get so stressed over it. At the end though the best way to confront this envy is to be happy, but it’s just that they won’t forgive.”
“The idea of being so loved is overwhelming,” she gushes. “George has given color back to my life. I feel great — it’s as if I am 18 years old again!”
Maybe notorious playboy Clooney has finally found love with Elisabetta!

George Clooney and a friend go for a motorcycle ride. Nothing like hitting the open rode and feeling the wind on your face!
Everytime I see a motorcycle rider I fear for their safety. It just seems like there is little protection for the rider. How do you all feel about motorcycles?
