Lindsay and Dina Lohan are coming after Fox News!
The two are going after the Fox News Channel and specifically Sean Hannity, claiming they were slandered on the network when someone on the show claimed the mother and daughter snorted coke together.
TMZ reports that there was a discussion about recently deceased celebs, and as you can imagine, it got tasteless REALLY fast. The discussion included Philip Seymour Hoffman and also a talk on who might die next. Michelle Fields said, “Lindsay Lohan’s mom is doing cocaine with her,” insinuating Lindsay would be the next to be involved in a drug-related death. Lindsay calls it “malicious innuendo.”
Classy, FOX news.
Okay, so Lilo has admitted to using the drug and Lindsay’s also claimed her mom was on coke in a hysterical call she made to her dad in 2012. That being said…I kinda agree that the Lohans should go after Fox news- after all, they are making some pretty serious and tasteless claims.
What do you think- does Lindsay and Dina have a good case?

Nick Jonas is keeping his tv credits rolling in this much-anticipated project!
The singer has booked a recurring role on the Fox series Scream Queens, from Glee and American Horror Story masterminds Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk, The Hollywood Reporter reports:
The 15-episode, hourlong comedy will premiere in fall 2015, with season one set on a college campus that’s rocked by a series of murders. New settings and storylines will be featured in subsequent seasons of the anthology series; production will begin in the spring. Plot details — including who Jonas will play — are being kept under wraps.
Jonas joins an already powerhouse cast that includes Joe Manganiello (True Blood), Lea Michele (Glee), Keke Palmer (Akeelah and the Bee), Abigail Breslin (Little Miss Sunshine), Emma Roberts (American Horror Story) Jamie Lee Curtis (True Lies) and even Ariana Grande. Dang.
I’m VERY curious about this show. Will you watch?

Fox wants to make another X Files?! My teenage heart just skipped a beat…
..but my hard, cold adult heart says NOOOO! You see, Fox wants to reboot The X-Files, complete with David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson, for a whole new series based on the original. Ulp.
Fox TV Group chairman Dana Walden said that the conversations so far have been only logistical, looking at windows when the key X-Files players, creator Carter and stars Duchovny and Anderson, are available. She confirmed that a potential X-Files followup will star the original leading duo of Duchovny and Anderson. There have been no creative discussions yet about what that new series might be.
From Entertainment Weekly:
On The X-Files front, Fox chairman and CEOs Dana Walden and Gary Newman say they have been in talks with series creator Chris Carter about reviving the supernatural procedural, which was a major hit for the network from 1993 to 2002. The executives also revealed they hope to have original series stars David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson reprise their roles on the show.
“It’s true that we’ve had some conversations on X-Files,” Newman said. “We’re hopeful of being able to bring that back at some point.”
Walden added: “Gary and I both worked [at 20th Century Fox Television] through the entire run of The X Files. It was a great experience. We’ve maintained good relationships with Chris, David and Gillian. We’re very hopeful, but it’s hard. The actors are very busy. They have a lot going on. Chris has a lot on his plate, so it’s just trying to carve out the time.
I think I can get behind a movie, even a short mini-series. But a whole new series? Can’t we just leave this glorious piece of television alone?

Move over Stockard Channing and Olivia Newton John!
Fox announced that Julianne Hough (“Dancing with the Stars”) will play Sandy, and Vanessa Hudgens (“High School Musical”) has been cast as Rizzo in Fox’s upcoming “Grease Live.”
“Grease: Live,” will air live on Sunday, Jan. 31, 2016, and will be based on the original musical “Grease” by Jim Jacobs and Warren Casey and Paramount Pictures’ 1978 feature adaptation. It will be a Paramount Television production. Here are some reactions to the news:
“‘Grease’ is one of the most treasured and favored pop culture phenomenons of our time,” said Platt. “It’s fun, it’s endearing, and we are so excited to reimagine this iconic story with a shared entertainment event suited for today’s audience.”
“‘Grease’ is one of the movies that made me want to be an entertainer, and I have literally been waiting my whole life to play Sandy,” said Hough.
“Being Rizzo is something I’ve never imagined, and I love that because it will be a new challenge,” added Hudgens. “I cannot wait to bring her to life on live television. I’m going to be a Pink Lady!”
How do you feel about this productions and these very “Disney” casting choices?
