Anne Hathaway Promises She Didn’t Mean To Dis The Kardashians

'Alice Through the Looking Glass' Hollywood Premiere

Oops! Unintended shade thrown!

Here’s Anne Hathaway looking very Victorian-witchy at the premiere of Disney’s Alice Through The Looking Glass at the El Capitan Theatre. This lovely photo was taken right before she had a little Instagram drama on Monday night, back when all was calm and some Kardashian fans did’t get POUTY.  So what’s the deal? Well, Anne had to quickly clarify an earlier picture she posted which some took as shade thrown towards the KarJenner crew.

The original post (which has now been deleted,)was a meme, featuring actress Helena Bonham Carter with the words “In a world of Kardashians… Be a Helena Bonham Carter.”

That post has now been replaced with a picture of a message that reads, “Post removed for unintended shade thrown.” The new mom captioned the post, “It never occurred to me I was pitting anyone against each other. Not my style. Peace x.”

Really? Did it REALLY REALLY hurt the Kardashian’s feelings? Please. While this move was okay, it seems a little TOO sensitive, don’t you think? Like, COME ON.

What do you think of Anne Hathaway’s instagram post removal? Too sensitive or super mature? WEIGH IN BELOW!

Susan Sarandon And Debra Messing Are In A Serious Twitter Beef

2nd Annual "Beyond Hunger: A Place At the Table" Event in LA

It’s the political battle of the redheads, Y’ALL!

Susan Sarandon and Debra Messing are in a straight up “who’s the most liberal” Twitter war, and it got UGLY. The whole thing began when Sarandon did an interview on Chris Hayes’ MSNBC show, All In. Here’s the exchange that got the controversy-ball rolling:

SARANDON: I think Bernie would probably encourage people to [support Hillary if he loses] because he doesn’t have any ego in this thing. But I think a lot of people are, ‘sorry, I just can’t bring myself to [vote for Hillary].’

HAYES: How about you personally?

SARANDON: I don’t know. I’m going to see what happens.

HAYES: Really?

SARANDON: Really. It’s dangerous to think we can continue the way we are with the militarized police force, with the death penalty and the low minimum wage and threats to women’s rights and think you can’t do something huge to turn that around. The country is not in good shape if you’re in the middle class. It’s disappearing.

(Via Salon)

A lot of people thought Sarandon was coming close to saying Democrats, liberals and progressives should stay home from the polls if Hillary Clinton gets the nomination. Sarandon was widely criticized for her “blind privilege,” by the likes of Jamie Lee Curtis and even more aggressively, Debra Messing:

Oof. After that, a frenzy of tweets, that you can see on Susan’s Twitter feed here and Debra’s feed here.

The fact of the matter is that Susan is not advocating voting for anyone other than Bernie Sanders, even if Clinton gets the nomination. And it’s a tough place to be considering the repubs looking for nominations are the truly cringe-worthy Donald Trump or Ted Cruz.

What do YOU Think about this feud?!

Nick Cannon Has His Own Mariah Carey Diss Track

Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey

Nick Cannon has said himself that he’s not ready to date…but this song is even MORE telling.

Sure, she’s talented and all that, but we all kind of knew/know Mariah Carey is a diva who likes money (and butterflies), right? Especially seeing  as how she’s already engaged to James Packer, after like two seconds of dating.

Well, the Wild ‘N Out star still has some things to work through- clearly- so what does he go and do? OH I don’t know, just pull a Taylor Swift and write a song about it. The song’s called “Oh Well,” and while it’s pretty meh, there are some details that uh, STRONGLY allude to Mariah being a golddigger and superficial as all hell. Shocker, I know.  Here are some lyrics:

“All you needed was a n***** with the money, cars and cribs.”

“She didn’t like when I was broke, but she missed the old me. Wait, girl – you got me confused.”

“Baby girl, don’t cry. I won’t lie. Our relationship was a lie, but baby some die. I guess we parted, that’s all. Oh well.”

I know, nothing like, completely shocking. If he had rapped “Mariah Carey has female patterned baldness,” or “Mariah Carey has a vibrant World of Warcraft presence,” now that would be surprising. Check out the track below and tell us if Mariah’s gonna be pissed or if her fiance will just…buy out Soundcloud and make it go away…

A$AP Rocky Was Jumped In A New Zealand Elevator

Screen Shot 2016-02-24 at 11.20.21 PM

A$AP Rocky will watch his back next time he’s in a New Zealand elevator, eh?

According to TMZ, A$AP was at the Pullman Hotel around 3 AM, just minding his business and doing his thing (and believe me, A$AP’s thing is hanging out with girls). Anyhow, 3 guys wanted to get into the elevator with A$AP, but he told ’em there was no room left (you know, on account of all those girls) and the guys elbowed in anyway- jumping the rapper and punching him in the head and face while he tried to protect the girls.

Witnesses say the suspects knew who he was because they were yelling “F**k A$AP,” which is a pretty good heads up. Hotel security eventually broke it up until cops arrived and nabbed one suspect:  a 35-year-old local who was booked for assault and resisting police.

Hard to know if he’s injured, but A$AP’s concert scheduled today is still on, so it’s probably not that bad, just kind of weird and traumatic. Sorry, dude…
