Giuliana Rancic underwent a double mastectomy last year, after doctors found breast cancer in both breasts.

In a new interview with Glamour Magazine, the 37-year-old E! host revealed she’s still the same person she was before.

She admits she’s grateful for her celebrity platform, because she’s able to spread awareness about her illness. Giuliana returned to E! just two weeks after her operation, because she was desperate to get back to normal life.

While she was suffering with cancer, she worried she’d lose her passion for her job, but luckily that’s not what happened. “I’ll be totally honest. While I was recovering, I was thinking, I’m really going to be asking people what they’re wearing? I didn’t know if I could find the joy in it again. But it didn’t take long.”

Recalling going back to work for the first time, she said: “It was like, “Hey, guys, cut the bulls***”. I’m the exact same person I was before. I’m still shallow, I still love clothes, I still want to talk fashion, I still want to gossip, so lay it on me. They were like, “Thank God.”"

Even though she put on a brave face, Giuliana admits she definitely struggled to look at herself in the mirror. “At first I didn’t want to look in the mirror, because I felt like, I’m getting better every day and this is about my health, so I shouldn’t get bogged down by what I see in the mirror. I knew I wasn’t going to look like a bikini model, so why look? Why even put the image in my head?”

Her husband Bill, 40, also opened up about how he coped with his wife’s illness, revealing he felt helpless at times.

He said: ‘As a husband and as a man, you wish you could trade places with your wife, but you can’t, and it sucks. I of course had my moments.’

Bill went on: ‘But you know, you’ve got to be strong; I would never break down in front of her. I wasn’t curled up in a fetal position in the shower, but there were moments when it was like, “It’s not fair. Why does she have to go through this?” There was anger.’

Giuliana now says she is grateful to have the platform she does to talk about breast cancer and spread awareness.

She said: ‘We’ve been given this incredible platform, and we think it was for a reason. I truly believe that. When I got my job at E!, I was the thirty-ninth person who auditioned.

‘I wasn’t the prettiest, I wasn’t the smartest, I wasn’t the most talented. And I always wondered why I got the job. Now I think God knew I wouldn’t be a selfish little cow with this platform, and I’d actually try to do something good with it.’

Great interview! I love them together. I don’t watch their show – but they’re pretty cute together.

Jennifer Aniston went on BFF’s Chelsea Lately last night to promote her new film, “Wanderlust”. All I keep hearing about this movie is the amount of nudity in it. Apparently Jen has a topless scene – where she’s running (how is that ever hot?). One of her male costars is full-frontal nude most of the movie, but Jen admits they used a prosthetic penis. (They should have never admitted that – it’s all I’ll think about when I see the movie!)

In another interview, Jennifer talks again about all the nudity in the film.

It’s no surprise that Justin Theroux fell for Jennifer Aniston after shooting Wanderlust – especially given the amount of screen-time the actress goes sans clothes.

“Yeah, there was a lot of [nudity],” Aniston, 43, tells ET Canada. “Bottomless, topless. Yeah, there is. It’s happening.”

Aniston, who stars alongside Paul Rudd, says her nude scenes fit “the spirit of the movie,” which follows the journey of a couple making the transition from living in Manhattan to a rural commune.

“Liberating’ is a good word to use,” she says of her character’s journey in the buff. When it comes to dealing with the other actors taking off their clothes, she says she just “figured out how to throw on a pair of sunglasses.”

There was another accessory she got used to seeing on-set: a prosthetic penis, used by actor Joe Lo Truglio. Her reaction to the, um, prop? “You’re mesmerized,” she says.

Rudd says he “was too busy looking at Joe Lo Truglio’s penis” to notice any sparks between the Aniston and Theroux. The actress says it’s “bizarre” seeing her character’s relationship with her beau unfold in Wanderlust before the couple started dating last summer.

“I mean, at the time, we didn’t think about it at all,” she says. “Not until months and months afterward.”

What’s the point of using a prosthetic penis, I mean seriously! Do women use prosthetic breasts on film? It’s going to look so stupid, I don’t care how real it is. How hard is it to just use the real thing? Michael Fassbender did it!

Get ready world, another female Kardashian is on the way! Kourtney Kardashian has just revealed that she’s having a baby GIRL!

“We feel so blessed to be having a little girl and to be able to share this new experience with Mason,” Kourtney tells E! News.

OK! Magazine was the first to break the news this morning. Kourtney, 32, and partner Scott Disick, 28, announced they were pregnant again back in November. They already have a son, who turned 2 in December.

Baby girl is due late spring.

Last night “Khloe & Lamar” premiered on E!, and Khloe pulled out all the stops! She installed a sex swing (herself) to spice up her sex life with husband Lamar Odom. When they tried to use the swing for the first time, it broke – almost immediately. One thing that really gets me about this clip – is that they have a camera mounted in their bedroom. This could mean either a) the whole thing was set up to break from the very beginning for ratings or b) they’re freaks, and don’t mind their sex lives being recorded for TV. I’m going with the first option. The fact that the “misshap” was recorded leads me to believe the whole thing was set up from the beginning, so I find the clip highly un-funny. I like how she claims to be too embarrassed to call in a handyman to properly install the swing, but she’s NOT embarrassed to film herself having sex with her husband. Anyone else find this bizarre?

With that said, I like Khloe. I think she’s the only Kardashian girl I can stand. I think she and Lamar are totally cute together, and you get the feeling that they really do love each other – and didn’t get married for publicity, like one of her sisters *ahem*.

During last night’s season premiere of “Khloe & Lamar,” the Kardashian sister decided it was time to spice things up with hubby Lamar Odom in the bedroom.

Instead of hiring someone to hook up a swing over her bed, Khloe decided to do it herself … with disastrous consequences.

Right as she and Lamar were about to put it to the test, the swing crashed down — with Khloe in it!

“I’m embarrassed and I’m trying to push the limits and do something new,” she said after. “But I’m not a handyman.”

The photo from the July issue was snatched from the reality star’s Prestige magazine spread. The image was published almost a year ago, but Cosmo made it their own by simply flipping Kim.

We’re also LOL-ing at the text placed between her arm and boob.

Well, at least we know that Kim is okay with recycling!

Kelly Osbourne’s new boyfriend, Brit rocker Rob Damiani is in for a treat! Kelly was spotted this weekend leaving lingerie store Agent Provocateur with a male friend in West Hollywood with a big bag of goodies!

Kelly and new boyfriend were all over each other at last week’s Coachella music festival, and it looks like she’s back in love!

Agent Provocateur is known for it’s sexy, kinky undergarments.

Kelly’s been a busy girl lately. She’s been co-hosting E!’s Style Police alongside Joan Rivers, and has become the face of Madonna’s Material Girl clothing line.
