Oh, brother. Here we go again…

I get that Lindsay Lohan is a big fan of the music festival Coachella, but that doesn’t mean she should be putting ANYTHING before her big lying to the cops case!  Still, the actress (if we can even call her that anymore) is putting some demands out there in terms of her case and her rehab! Says a source close to Lilo:

“Lindsay was adamant that she not be forced to go to rehab until after the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in the Palm Springs area on successive weekends in April. Lindsay LOVES going to the musical festival, and she’s determined to go this year. She didn’t want a little thing like rehab to get in her way of attending. Linds refused to sign off on any deal that would have prevented her from going to Coachella, period. Yes, it’s that important to her, for some strange reason.”

Geez. Just GO TO REHAB.  Or hey, why don’t they just throw the girl in jail? Clearly, Lindsay doesn’t have her priorities in order or think she even needs any behavioral correcting.  Seriously, I can’t believe she’s not in jail already!

And, she’s done it again!

Lindsay Lohan is a LUCKY little (troubled) lady!  The actress just copped an 11th hour plea deal that will keep her for 90 days in lockdown rehab, but also out of jail! Says TMZ:

After a lot of haggling in chambers with offers and counteroffers, Lindsay pled no contest to the crimes of reckless driving and lying to cops. In addition to rehab, Lindsay will perform 30 days of community labor and undergo psychotherapy for 18 months — she’ll get credit for shrink time already completed.

FYI — there’s a mandatory 5 days in jail for reckless driving, but it’s going to be folded into the lockdown rehab so she won’t be behind bars even for a day. Lindsay will be able to do her rehab in NYC. She must stay clear of drugs and drug users. She must submit to drug testing.

She’s also admitted to a probation violation in the jewelry heist case, she was sentenced to 180 days in jail, but that sentence was STAYED and she won’t do time if she continues to obey all laws.

Lindsay already screwed up big time by showing up 48 minutes late to court after missing 2 commercial flights from NYC to L.A (guess even private jets can’t be depended on). What makes it even weirder? on her way into court someone through glitter at Lindsay. Wha?

Kind of appropriate, because as cray cray as Lindsay’s life gets, it’s always in the spotlight…

Oh, brother…

In an effort to improve her image before she goes back to court next month, US Weekly reports that Lindsay Lohan is in talks to mentor young athletes at a gym in Georgia.

Yep, that’s right.

The Liz & Dick star really wants to donate her time to Trinity Athletics, a gym where underprivileged girls can get scholarships to learn to tumble and cheer in Johns Creek, Georgia.  Ideally, Lindsay wants to get her mentorship on before March 18, when she’s due in Judge Stephanie Sautnerí’s Santa Monica, California, court to face three charges…the most notably being lying to police!

Kourtney Calano, the founder of the Baby & I Foundation in Atlanta, tells omg:

She reached out to the actress’ team “about mentoring young girls at a nearby gym, where the owner has given a lot of her cheerleading hopefuls free grants to be able to cheer and follow their dreams, some even Olympic hopefuls. This is something that is still in the working stages, where Lindsay will be a possible mentor to these young girls for a day to uplift them and let them know she too has struggled and overcome so much adversity in life.”

“We have yet to make any arrangements with Ms. Lohan about mentoring our girls,” Trinity Athletics owner Cori Davenport tells omg! “We are very busy at the moment on focusing on our upcoming NCA Nationals and that is our only focus presently. I believe everyone deserves a second chance, and everyone makes mistakes. I applaud Ms. Lohan for wanting to make a difference in people’s lives, especially young girls so they don’t take the same road she has.”

But does she really want to make a difference, or is this just a halfhearted attempt at cleaning up her image? C’mon.

Remember when Lindsay Lohan sued Pitbull? Yeah, I know, it’s been a while.  But, rest assured, people: Lindsay walked away with nothing, plus the indignity of a ridiculous court case!

Lohan sued the rapper in 2011 for using her name in his hit song “Give Me Everything.” Need a memory refresher? Pitbull drops the line, “I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan.” It’s not exactly Shakespeare, but enough to warrant a suing, I suppose.

Anyhow…

Lohan claimed Pitbull never got permission to use her name, and has no right to profit from it. Today, a New York federal judge didn’t agree with Lilo’s sentiment.  The judge sided with Pitbull, ruling that Lindsay is wrong in her allegations…the song is a work of art protected by the 1st amendment PLUS Lindsay’s barely even mentioned in it.

On the side,  Lindsay said that she she suffered emotional distress due to the song, another charge that was promptly dropped.

Case closed.  Pitbull 1, Lindsay Lohan 0 (though I bet he won’t use her name in another song anytime soon).

You’d think she’d be living low-key in light of her public scrutiny and mounting debts, but we all know that’s not Lindsay’s style. Instead, she’s staying at her friend’s SoHo penthouse. This friend (a really really trusting friend) is letting Lindsay stay there rent free until she finds a place of her own.

Lindsay Lohan is putting ex-attorney Shawn Holley at the top of her creditor list!

Sounds like a smart move, in a maelstrom of pretty dumb decisions, Lindsay!  I mean, it’s hard to believe that Lindsay didn’t know how much she owed Shawn, and though the actual figure isn’t known for sure, sources familiar to the situation tell TMZ, that Lindsay owes Shawn around $150,000.

That’s a lot of money!

Lindsay has instructed her business manager to pay the tab ASAP, and though Lindsay is still trying to get Shawn Holley back as her attorney, Holley’s having none of it (and I wouldn’t, either!) The question is, will Holley get her money quickly, with the 130,000 Lilo ALSO owes in backtaxes?

Lindsay is making money from appearances, endorsements and some acting gigs, but she’s been spending a lot of money on all sorts of needless things, too (plastic surgery, first class plane tickets).  Time to do some serious life-scrutiny, before you have to go to jail, girl.

Hey, Charlie Sheen? Have another couple hundred thousand dollars lying around? It’s for a good cause…

The list of people that Lindsay Lohan owes money to keeps growing and growing…

Apparently, Lilo owes one of her assistants upwards of 40,000 in unpaid wages for work that she had done for the actress.

“Lindsay owes one of her former assistant’s, Jessica, over $40k in unpaid wages. Lindsay actually also borrowed money from the assistant for her own living expenses,” a source told Radar. “Jessica no longer works for Lindsay, and she recognizes that she is probably never going to see the money. Lindsay has a very long history of not paying people for services/work done for her,” the insider added.

And if you don’t remember, Lindsay 26, owes her recently fired, long-standing criminal defense attorney, Shawn Holley, a bunch of money, too:  $300,000 plus unpaid legal fees! Lilo hasn’t made a payment to the lawyer in more than half a year.

Maybe this entertaining royalty thing will become more consistent, because at this rate, her acting jobs are nil.  I’m not going to lie, I feel bad for Lindsay, but the choices she’s made have gotten her into this mess. Gotta be smart, people! Pay your assistants!
