According to TMZ, Nicki Minaj has signed on to open for Britney Spears during her new tour.

The deal was signed several days ago, and Britney couldn’t be happier.

Apparently everyone is relieved that Enrique Iglesias is out. His “ego” couldn’t handle opening for Britney.

Minaj, who is on tour with Lil Wayne until the end of the month, currently has two singles on the Billboard Top 100 — “Moment 4 Life” and “Did It On’em”

Everyone connected with the concert series thinks Nicki will create even more heat for the tour, which kicks off on June 17 in Sacramento, CA.

Nicki Minaj confirmed to MTV News that she is in talks to join Britney Spears on her upcoming tour!

“I am in talks of joining Britney Spears, yeah,” Minaj said in the British accent of her Martha alter-ego. “I’m in talks about a lot of things, ya know. I don’t know — oops, I did it again.”

Rumors of the possibility of Minaj becoming the opening act on the singer’s tour promoting Femme Fatale began circulating shortly after Enrique Iglesias dropped out of the lineup. Nicki is currently on the Lil Wayne-headlined I Am Still Music Tour, but that concludes May 1 in East Rutherford, New Jersey, while the Spears tour is scheduled to kick off June 17 in Sacramento, California.

Britney Spears released the music video for her latest single ‘Till the World Ends’ this morning, and the video above is one of two versions. There are two versions out there, one the director’s cut – one the choreographer’s cut.

The video features a leotard clad Spears dancing in underground Los Angeles.

Believe it or not, I actually really like this song. I’m not a fan of BS, but this crap is catchy! Could be because the song was co-written by Ke$ha, the queen of annoyingly addictive songs.

The video on the other hand – eh. I think it’s a huge improvement over her last video, but still – she looks like she’s about to fall asleep – or doped up, doesn’t she? The sparkle in her eyes is gone! She looks like she’s completely bored. She’s not convincing at all!

She’s already been married twice, but is Britney Spears ready to become a bride once more for love Jason Trawick?

As she enjoys blockbuster sales and the strongest reviews of her career for seventh studio album Femme Fatale, Spears, 29, tells all in the new Us Weekly (out Wednesday) about finding Mr. Right in agent Trawick, 39, her boyfriend of over two years.

“We have such a great time together!” Spears tells Us exclusively. “He makes me laugh, and we are so comfortable being ourselves.”

Marriage plans? “Maybe,” she teases. “Never say never!”

Indeed, a family source tells Us that the blissful pair will likely wed. Trawick, after all, the source says, “was one of the only people who stuck by her through everything,” including Spears’ dark 2007 and early 2008 — when she lost custody of her sons Sean, 5, and Jayden, 4, to ex Kevin Federline, and was briefly admitted to a psychiatric hospital.

“[Jason] was someone she felt she could be her true self with. [Marriage] is what they talk about and the direction they’re going in,” the insider says.

Whatever and whenever their nuptial plans, one thing is certain, Spears tells Us: “I’ve never been happier!”

Britney Spears, who is out promoting her new album, “Femme Fatale,” appeared on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” on Tuesday night. So did “Jackass” star Johnny Knoxville.

As part of her appearance last night, Britney filmed a sketch showing her “deleted scene” from “Jackass 3D” where she performed a stunt called “Poo Cocktail Supreme” — the flying porta-potty stunt Steve-O did in the movie.

Britney Spears announced this morning that she was going on a North American tour with Enrique Iglesias. (Watch a sneak peek of her tour here!)

But according to Billboard.com, Iglesias already wants off the tour, and it hasn’t even begun yet! The tour, which is scheduled to kick off this June, will now need another act!
