We sure hope not!  But after her April 6th DUI and another traffic blunder…we’re hoping Amanda Bynes will keep a low profile.

The 26-year-old actress went out yet again on Sunday night in West Hollywood. Around 10:30 pm,  Bynes was spotted “holding up traffic and doing an incredibly slow … 3-point turn in the middle of Robertson [Blvd.],” recounts an eyewitness to People Magazine.  “It was taking forever and she finally made it into the driveway,” the eyewitness continued. “She looked wobbly – I guess it could have been the heels since she was wearing sky-high nude pumps, but she did seem out of it.”

Wow.  C’mon, girl!  Just lay low. Grab some takeout and stay in one night, mmmmkay? Your career will thank you for it later!

For the 2nd time after her DUI, Amanda Bynes decides to drive herself out on the town- and it doesn’t go well!

The MTV star drove herself to Chateau Marmont and Greystone Manor and was seen texting behind the wheel. Then, she backed over a curb in a red zone en route to Hollywood.  Eventually,  Amanda got the car parked in front of Greystone Manor, one of her many haunts.

She’s a very talented young actress but doesn’t seem to be acting too responsibly, especially in light of her DUI on April 6th.  C’mon, girl!

Amanda Bynes‘ Dad is still promising that his good girl actress daughter was completely sober after she clipped a cop car early Saturday morning.  Rick Bynes explained to People Magazine that she was arrested because “she was upset and very emotional,” and that she’s “a good girl,” but people go after her because she “chooses not to work.” Hmmm.  Is “upset and emotional” Hollywood code for inebriated?  I guess we’ll let the courts decide!

Awe, isn’t that cute. Amanda Bynes’s dad is defending his daughter.

Rick Bynes tells PEOPLE that “She was not drunk,” following her DUI arrest on Friday. “I was told that she blew a zero on the Breathalyzer. She didn’t have a single drink that night. My daughter doesn’t drink.”

Rick goes on to claim that the cop who arrested Amanda, 26, shouldn’t have pulled out in front of his daughter as she was turning at the West Hollywood intersection. He claims his daughter was not impaired, just “upset and very emotional.”

Adding that Amanda was released with no bail, Rick went on to say, “She is a good girl. She just chooses not to work, and because of that, people go after her.”

Bynes was at L.A.’s Greystone Manor Superclub on Thursday night before she was arrested for drinking and driving. She was held overnight in jail. According to the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Station website, “if the offense is alcohol or drug related, the suspect will stay at the sheriff’s station until he or she can safely care for himself or herself.”

Bynes was released with the citation and will have to show up in court when a date is set.

Amanda Bynes has been arrested!

Early this morning in Hollywood, Bynes was attempting to pass a cop car, when she clipped the vehicle. She was pulled over, and police determined she was drunk.

The 26-year-old was arrested at 3 AM, and according to TMZ, she’s still behind bars.

According to her booking sheet, she is 5’7″ and 125 pounds. Her bail is set at $5,000.

Bynes has been frequenting the Hollywood party scene recently, frequenting several clubs over the last few weeks.

Just last month — on St. Patrick’s Day — TMZ cameras saw Bynes leaving Greystone Manor, and thought she appeared to be extremely intoxicated. One of our cameramen even warned the valet not to let Amanda drive, but she got into the driver’s seat anyway … and took off (below).

A week before that, Amanda bolted from a cop while he was writing her a ticket. She was pulled over for talking on a cell phone, and while the cop was writing her up … she drove away.

Amanda later swung by the police station and signed the ticket. So far, she hasn’t faced additional charges stemming from that incident.

Amanda Bynes must think she’s above the law!!

She was pulled over for a traffic violation in L.A. yesterday, and she fled the scene while the cop was writing her ticket!

Bynes was originally pulled over for talking on a cell phone while driving yesterday afternoon. The officer approached the car and collected all of Amanda’s information so he could write up the citation.

But Amanda didn’t feel like waiting around … and hit the gas before the cop could hand over the ticket for the actress to sign.

We’re told the cop decided NOT to pursue Bynes because he didn’t feel she was dangerous … and besides, he already had all of her information.

Later that day, Bynes rolled by the police station and signed the ticket … but we’re told she’s not off the hook for leaving the scene early.

Authorities are currently investigating the situation … and will decide if Bynes should face further charges for her untimely exit.

Calls to Amanda’s rep have not been returned.

If Amanda DOESN’T face fines, then something is REALLY wrong. Any regular person who fled the scene while they were being ticketed would most definitely be in serious trouble. I hope she does get prosecuted! Stinkin celebrities!

I checked Amanda’s Twitter page this morning, and her last tweet reads “Live fast die young bad girls do it well!”
