Lindsay Lohan could be in some serious trouble when she faces Judge Stephanie Sautner, TMZ has learned. According to insiders, Lindsay is facing nearly a year-and-a-half for violating her probation!
We’re told the computations are complicated, because Lindsay has had so many cases. But based on the 120 day suspended sentence for shoplifting, time served under house arrest, and her prior DUIs, Lindsay could be thrown in jail for a long, long time.
We’ve learned Lindsay MUST be in court Wednesday to face the judge … and the judge has lots of questions, including why Lindsay was a no-show 9 times at the Downtown Women’s Center, where she was performing her community service. And the judge will almost certainly want to know why Lindsay didn’t comply with the order to spend a minimum of 4 hours at a time when she showed up at the Women’s Center.
TMZ broke the story, Lindsay was booted from the Women’s Center because of all the problems and reassigned to the American Red Cross.
And one more thing. The judge will almost certainly ask Lindsay why she didn’t meet with her shrink every Monday for 1 hour, as required by court order. Lindsay claims she did a bunch of therapy sessions by phone.
We will be livestreaming Wednesday’s hearing, which starts at 10:00 AM PT, so stay tuned.
Lindsay has taken to Twitter to respond to all these new accusations. She wrote: “I am not to be made an example of anymore. I am working hard and fulfilling my obligations every single day, to the court as well as myself. If I travel, its for work and its been approved. As is anything I do when I leave the state. I’d appreciate it if people will just let me do what is asked of me, so that I can get my life back. Please ignore the reports which have no truth to them. Thank you.”
We’ll see what happens on Wednesday!

Lindsay Lohan, accompanied by sister Ali and mom Dina (all wearing black!) arrived in New York City last night.
The actress, who’s still has until March 25 to accept or deny a plea deal in her necklace theft case, arrived at JFK International Airport last night – and the stress of the paparazzi was too much for the star to handle.
Lindsay Tweeted,
“I love ny – but the paparazzi @ jfk just gave me an anxiety attack….. i was half asleep! They’re such animals
well- @ least im with my family in the end…. xo.”
In other Lindsay news, TMZ is reporting that Linds has quit smoking – cold turkey!
Sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ she’s continuing on the path to a healthier life by kicking her nicotine habit … cold turkey no less. We’re told Lindsay quit about a week ago and now works out with a trainer every morning.
While LiLo has been adamant about not accepting a plea bargain that includes jail time — Lynwood Correctional Facility … her old haunts … is a non-smoking detention center.
Good job Lindsay!

Two days after getting out of jail, Lindsay Lohan has emerged from hiding.
Accompanied by two friends, sister Ali and mother Dina, the troubled starlet, who will be heading back to rehab possibly as soon as Monday morning, spent part of Sunday evening visitng the Dream Center, a mission and outreach center connected to the Angelus Temple in Los Angeles’ Echo Park neighborhood.
What brought her there?
According to a source, LiLo’s business manager Lou Taylor, who also was part of her group, is a supporter of the facility and encouraged her to visit.
While at the facility, Lindsay met with children and families, signing autographs and handing out purses to some of the teen girls.
“What a great place The Dream Center is here in LA… had a nice time there today, it’s so important to give back. I feel blessed,” Lohan later tweeted.
The source said Lohan wanted to make a return visit to see some of the young women housed there, but one thing was clear: She would not be checking there herself.
Lohan plans to check in to rehab Monday, but that it would not be at the Dream Center facility, said the source.

16-year-old Ali Lohan is seen in this photo shoot modeling for troubled sister Lindsay Lohan’s 6126 clothing line’s Spring/Summer 2011 collection.
It’s sad that Ali’s already going down the provocative road. She’s only 16, too young to be posing like this (if you ask me). Did Dina not learn her lesson with Lindsay? As her oldest daughter heads off to jail for another 30 days, maybe she should try and hold the reins back with one of her daughters?
You with me on this one?

Here’s the latest on Lindsay Lohan.
TMZ has learned Lindsay’s name just got dragged into a class action lawsuit that alleges unlawful strip and body cavity searches were conducted by L.A. County Sheriff‘s deputies when another inmate — not Lindsay — checked into the jail.
Attorneys for the plaintiffs filed a request in Federal Court on Monday to take Lilo’s deposition while she’s behind bars. They also sent a letter to Lohan’s attorney Shawn Chapman Holley asking if Lindsay would agree to be deposed.
The suit claims that female inmates are strip searched in plain view of each other in a parking lot that is neither private nor sanitary.
Sheriff’s officials have said Lindsay was treated just like any other inmate when she arrived at the jail.
