A pull-out by Beyoncé Knowles has a Manhattan clubowner threatening a million-dollar lawsuit.

The pop princess was slated to perform tomorrow at M2 — the West 27th Street nightclub that used to be Crobar and Mansion — as part of the launch of her “I Am . . . Sasha Fierce” North American tour. M2 owner Joey Morrissey agreed to pay the singer $200,000 for the gig, he says.

But on Wednesday, Beyoncé’s people suddenly pulled the plug on the performance, despite having signed a contract that had prompted Morrissey to spend $100,000 preparing for the show, according to the clubowner. “They said they were too busy with the launching of the tour and that they wouldn’t have time to do the kickoff party,” Morrissey tells Page Six.

To make up for the cancellation, Morrissey says Beyoncé offered to stop by the club “to hang out for an hour” on Sunday. He adds, “I mean, we sold tables for thousands of dollars for the show, and spent $100,000 renting a soundboard and other equipment, as per their stipulations. What good does her showing up for an hour do me? They’ve been totally unwilling to agree to another show.”

As a result, Morrissey says he’s now preparing to file suit against Beyoncé, claiming his place has suffered a “loss of reputation” in addition to the sunk cash. “We had an overwhelming response from our clubgoers, who were lining up to buy tickets and tables. This will come as a great disappointment to all of them,” he claims, adding, “If Beyoncé cancels and doesn’t give us a new date, this hurts our credibility in night life.”

The gig, which was initially posted on the singer’s Web site, has since been taken down. A rep for Beyoncé at Sony did not respond to our phone calls and e-mails.

Jennifer Aniston has sparked the rumors that she’s dating Bradley Cooper - after the two of them were spotted enjoying a romantic dinner in New York City.

The two were first spotted canoodling at the premiere party of her new movie, “Management”, last month and then they were snapped at a nice dinner in NYC.

Last month, Cooper denied claims he was dating the former Friends actress.

“I met her 3 times in my life,” said the 44-year-old Hangover star. “I’m very flattered.”

“My mom loves it, but unfortunately it’s not true,” added Cooper, who split with actress Jennifer Esposito after four months of marriage in 2007.

In what sounds like the plotline of a romantic comedy, a Massachusetts woman fished Tom Brady out of the water.

The breathtaking rescue operation took place after the New England Patriots quarterback and his wife, Gisele Bündchen, went kayaking in the Charles River – and Brady fell in.

To save the day: local schoolteacher Robin Leeds.

“We were tying up our boat to a buoy and the boat boy came over and said, ‘You are never going to guess who is on the Charles renting kayaks right now … Do you want to go check it out?’ ” Leeds told Boston’s Channel 7 News. “I said, ‘Yeah.’ ”

While stargazing in a motorboat, Leeds saw that Brady was missing from his kayak – and in the water. So she pulled him into her boat.

“I actually asked him why he fell in. He said he was racing one of his friends,” said Leeds, who found Brady “really friendly, really appreciative that we fished him out of the Charles.”

All in all, a memorable moment. Afterward, Leeds said, “I talked with Gisele. We talked about how beautiful the weather it was.” And she asked Brady if he would pose for a photo with her.

“Of course,” she said he replied, also telling her, “you saved my life.”

It’s a dilemma most of us have probably faced at one time or another: Should you get involved when you see a parent or caregiver yelling at a crying child? For Liv Tyler, the answer is definitely yes. On Wednesday, paparazzi captured the actress as she confronted an older woman who was allegedly being less than motherly (or, in this case, grandmotherly) to a bawling toddler.

Liv, who is mom to 4-year-old son Milo, was driving solo in Los Angeles when she saw the woman hollering and swatting the stroller-bound tyke on the chest, according to X17Online.com, which says she immediately braked, made a U-turn and hopped out to give the lady a piece of her mind.

“You can’t do that!” she reportedly told the woman. “I’m going to call the police. I’m going to call child services!”

But there was apparently a language barrier, because the ostensible babysitter repeatedly replied, “No entiendo” (”I don’t understand”).

Tyler was snapped bending over to console the distressed tot before heading back to her car, looking visibly upset.

“When I saw that, I couldn’t take it,” she told the shutterbugs. “I had to do something.”

When we contacted Liv’s rep for comment, he confirmed X17’s account of the incident.

This appears to be an example of the statuesque star putting her passion for child advocacy into immediate action: She’s been a UNICEF ambassador since 2003.

We’ve learned a Meester tape is being shopped around town. It was shot a few years back, and shows Leighton in mostly innocuous though nude scenes — with several big exceptions … one involving her very talented feet.

We’re told a company called celebhotline.com is negotiating for the video. The company’s spokesperson, Kevin Blatt told us, “We’ve seen the tape and we’re hoping to close the deal.”

It’s a non-stop party in the Jolie-Pitt household.

Angelina Jolie tells CNN’s Anderson Cooper that she and Brad Pitt are constantly celebrating the birthdays of their six kids: Maddox, 7, Pax, 5, Zahara, 4, Shiloh, 3, and twins Knox and Viv, 11 months.

“I do have the twins, and I just had Shi in May. We have so many kids that we just have year-round birthdays,” Jolie said in an interview about World Refugee Day that aired last night. “It’s a lot of fun now ’cause the older kids are old enough to help plan the birthdays for the younger kids.

“So it’s one of the great pleasures of life, the birthdays,” she continued.

But Jolie (who donated $1 million to Pakistani refugees yesterday through her and Pitt’s foundation) makes sure her kids understand they’re fortunate.

“Some of my kids are from countries that have seen conflict. I usually just explain to them that there are other families in the world that aren’t as fortunate as ours and other kids,” Jolie said.

“And so I tell them that it’s important for all of us to do what we can and then go to these places and understand what’s happening,” she went on. “So I think they’re just being raised that this is the normal thing to do…. Hopefully I’ll take them to as many countries as I can and raise them with an education of the world.”

Jolie says that despite her position as a UNCHR Goodwill Ambassador, she’s “not a political person.

“But I think it doesn’t take much to understand that this is the front line of us fighting against extremists, where all that we hold dear and all that we value is really on the line,” she explained. “This fight is a very personal fight for all of us. And these victims of this crisis, these regular people who are mostly agriculturalists that are fleeing are, you know, we should feel a real connection to them, identify with them…. So I think at least what we can be doing is assisting the humanitarian crisis and assisting the people and the desperate families and the children.”
