Jesse James has a message for his ex: Leave my wife Sandra Bullock out of the custody dispute.
The Monster Garage star’s former wife, porn star Janine Lindemulder, suggested on Good Morning America this week that Bullock was trying to “take away my daughter” and called on the superstar actress to talk with her directly.
James’s attorney Marilyn Slifman calls Lindemulder’s remarks “inaccurate and unfortunate.”
“Sandra Bullock is not a party to this litigation,” Slifman says in a statement to People. “Mr. James’s sole concern is for the safety, welfare and best interests of his daughter. The proper forum to resolve this case is in the courtroom.”
Bullock has been helping James raise 5-year-old Sunny since January, when Lindemulder, who has appeared in more than 100 adult movies, was imprisoned for tax evasion. Bullock and James wrote letters to the court questioning her fitness as a parent and raising concerns about the safety of Sunny because of Lindemulder’s alleged drug problem. Lindemulder has since been released from prison and is tangling with James over visitation.

Would you ever videotape yourself having sex again?
KARDASHIAN: Never, never, never again—obviously, because of what happened. I had to explain it to my little sisters, who’d be watching TV, and they’d see on E! or Extra, or something, my picture, and they’d be like, “Kimmy’s on TV!” And right next to it would be “Sex Tape.” And they’re like, “What’s that?” Just to have to sit down and explain it to them. My step-dad wouldn’t talk to me for three weeks. The stress that I know it put on my mom and my step-dad—just the whole family. If my dad were here to witness all of that, I don’t even know what I’d do. It’s just not worth it, basically.
How old were you when you lost your virginity and what were the circumstances?
KARDASHIAN: I was young. I had a boyfriend for four years…my first boyfriend. I was with him when I was 14; I’d say around late 14 or early 15, I don’t remember. We were sooo in love; I thought we were going to get married. I told my mom—I brought her in my bathroom and I’m like, Mom, I think I’m gonna have sex. I think I should go to the doctor and get put on birth control. And my mom was like, . What else was she gonna say?
You get a lot of attention for your backside. What’s your favorite part of your body?
KARDASHIAN: My toes; I like my feet. But I’d say my butt. I like [the attention]; I think it’s funny. It bothered me when people would come up with rumors, like, “Oh, my god, she has butt implants, it can’t be real.” Who gets butt implants? Come on. Do you know anybody who has butt implants? More »

Here are some excerpts from the interview!
On rumors of friction with Sex and the City co-star Kim Cattrall: “I don’t think anybody wants to believe that I love Kim. I adore her. I wouldn’t have done the movie without her. Didn’t and wouldn’t.”
On her decision to use a surrogate to carry her twins: “I knew there would be lots of opinions about, ‘Well, why didn’t you adopt? Why didn’t you do this? Why didn’t you do that?’ and the truth of the matter is, it wasn’t one or the other for us. We had explored, and continue to explore all options, and this one just happened first. This isn’t the period at the end of the sentence.”
On being a hands-on mom: “I love the smell of diapers; I even like when they’re wet and you smell them all warm liked a baked good. I love the smell of Balmex. Love it.”
