Vince Vaughn is bringing his guy’s guy sensibility to a laffer in the works for FoxBroadcasting Co. and 20th Century Fox TV.
Vaughn is in final negotiations with the network and studio on a deal to develop and exec produce a single-camera half-hour pilot about a couple of young men who are just out of college and starting to experience the real world.
Vaughn is known to have made the rounds of TV shops in recent weeks to suss out the development marketplace. It’s understood that the pact Fox is offering would give him a wide berth to cast the show and assemble the other creative elements as he sees fit.
Vince Vaughn will next be seen onscreen opposite Reese Witherspoon in New Line’s “Four Christmases,” to be released next month.

How much would they have to pay you to star in a sequel with your ex boyfriend?!
Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughn could soon be revisiting the scene which saw the beginning of their 2005 romance.
They got together on the set of rom-com The Break Up in which they both starred. That film proved to be prophetic as the couple split in real life about a year after its release. Both stars have been offered the chance to reprise their roles in a sequel.
A source said: “Both Jennifer and Vince have been offered the chance to star in the sequel.”
“As Jennifer is now such a huge star, she has been offered $20 million to do the film, while Vince has been offered less. Both of them are seriously considering it.”
Which of course could be movie industry code for it will be a cold day in hell before either would go back to working together.

When he was asked if he would like the chance to star in another movie with Jennifer Aniston, Vince Vaughn said, “Yeah I would, I definitely would. She’s great! I think the world of Jen. She’s a great actress, so you never know.”
He would be jumping at the chance to get next to Jennifer again. Think it’s because he thinks it would rekindle any feelings that they had for each other?

It’s all so SHOCKING! (Okay, it’s a slow news day…and I can only post SO much about Britney)
The Break-Up stars broke up more than a year ago, but Vince Vaughn says he remains close to Jennifer Aniston, 38.
“I have such a great friendship with Jennifer,” the actor, 37, confesses to Parade, out January 13. “I still talk to her constantly. I have a real, genuine connection with Jen.”
What went wrong?
“People date, and sometimes it works out, and sometimes it doesn’t,” he tells the mag of his 13-month relationship with the Friends alum.
And the star admits he’s not yet ready to settle down.
“I don’t run away from [the responsibility of having a family], but I’ve never been to the point where I’ve felt like, ‘Wow, this makes sense,’” he says.
Neither has Aniston, apparently. Her rep recently told Usmagazine.com “she’s not pregnant” with Vaughn’s child after false reports surfaced in the National Enquirer.

Star Vince Vaughn, of the current “Fred Claus,” this so-called comedy is about as funny as a lump of coal in one’s stocking. Insiders call the guy who emerged triumphant from “Wedding Crashers” and from a failed romance with Jennifer Aniston “the most egotistical, the most difficult, the kind of person who calls at 3 a.m. to demand different things.”

And why do I find this totally believable?
