In 2007, several risqué photographs of Hudgens, including one full-frontal nude shot, surfaced on the Internet. Hudgens issued a public apology and moved on, reputation intact. But the photos have followed her, with a second set appearing online in August. “Whenever anybody asks me, would I do nudity in a film, if I say that it’s something I’m not comfortable with, they’re like, ‘Bullshit, you’ve already done it.’ If anything, it makes it more embarrassing, because that was a private thing. It’s screwed up that someone screwed me over like that,” she adds, sighing. “At least some people are learning from my mistakes.”

Vanessa Hudgens’ Bandslam co-stars are sick of the negativity aimed at the actress following her recent nude photo scandal – insisting she gets bullied because she is dating heart-throb Zac Efron.
The 20 year old was left shame-faced again this month after pictures – allegedly showing the star posing topless – were leaked on the internet.
She faced further humiliation at the Teen Choice Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday when Dane Cook took the stage and told the whole audience that Hudgens needed to “keep” her clothes on.
Despite fans booing the funnyman at the event in support of the star, online forums have been buzzing with teenage critics of Hudgens’ antics. And her co-stars in latest movie Bandslam are tired of seeing their pal slated online – insisting she is a “sweet girl” who has done nothing wrong.
Actor Charlie Saxton says, “It’s so totally uncool. It’s like, come on. Give me a break. She’s such a sweet person, such a nice girl. She really doesn’t deserve all the negativity that she’s getting.”
And fellow actress Aly Michalka believes the negative comments stem from jealousy about her relationship with hunk Efron.
She explains, “I think that it’s about people being hard on people just to be hard on them. It’s hard to avoid that sometimes… I think it really is based on that and I think maybe her being with Zac (Efron).”
Hudgens faced a similar scandal in 2007 when pictures of her posing provocatively both nude and in lingerie appeared online – forcing the Disney star to issue a public apology.

In a new interview, Vanessa Hudgens says she learned her lesson after the nude photo scandal that surrounded her a few years ago.“That’s why I’m extremely guarded. I really do try to watch everything I say. Because one little tiny slip, and it’s like the world is coming to an end!” she tells Parade.com.
“It is hard. I do always have a wall up. But I feel by doing it, I keep myself safe. I try to live my life, do what I want, and just let everything else follow along. I try not to read the blogs or what people say about me. Because that’s what brings everybody down–no matter what you do, you’re always going to have haters.”
To keep the wall even higher around herself, Vanessa has a strategy when it comes to paparazzi trying to snap a picture of her.
“I keep my head down. Usually I’ll run around in hoodies, and I’ve got this massive head of hair, and I throw it all in my face so that nobody can see me,” she reveals.
Photographers won’t keep her from living her life, however, as she adds “But if I want to do something, I’m going to do it, and if people recognize me, the fans, then great. They’re the reason why High School Musical is what it is, and they’re the reason why I’m here, so I’m thankful.”

From TMZ:
Vanessa Hudgens claims she’s been double crossed — and now she’s suing her former manager for allegedly breaking the terms of a very secret and very expensive settlement deal.
The High School Musical star just filed a lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court accusing Johnny Viera of violating a court-approved settlement. Vanessa says Johnny broke his promise by making it look like he still represented her on his MySpace page.
Vanessa forked over money to settle Johnny’s beef with her back in April — he had sued her for allegedly stiffing him on commissions.
Vanessa now claims since Viera broke their secret settlement — she should get her money back. We’ll see if the judge agrees.
