They say Vanessa Hudgens is in this video somewhere, but it’s hard to get through….. and, well, I didn’t watch the whole thing.
Vanessa Hudgens and YLA have released a music video to go along with their new song, “$$ex.”
The video features flashing lights, patterns and colors as the former “High School Musical” star and the ladies of YLA writhe around and whipping their hair. The full-length video is quite different than the 32-second clip Hudgens released in early April, where everyone danced around a kitchen in very little clothing, played with pool noodles, sucked on popsicles and gave the camera the finger.
Hudgens promoted the video on her Twitter and Tumblr, where she wrote:
“You’ve been asking and we couldn’t wait ANY longer so….HERE IT IS!! $$$EX the video. Enjoy! ps. Props to the insanely talented YLA ladies for producing and directing this video themselves. Love love love it.”

Vanessa Hudgens has revealed that she didn’t exactly relate to her ‘Spring Breakers’ character, because she was never wild as a teenager. She said that when she was younger, she never had any experiences like the ones she had in the film. She admits she did experiment a little with drinking, but thought it felt “so naughty” when she did it.
”I don’t really relate. Being young, I can relate to it a little, perhaps, but not to the extreme of the spring break reality itself.I remember experimenting with drinking and feeling like it was so naughty. But that’s just self-exploration. My friends are honestly very tame and creative and spiritual so the whole wild thing isn’t really relevant to our lives.”

The two sisters picked up smoothies today from Robeks after a workout, then popped into a Halloween costume shop for some last minute ideas (very, very last minute). It’s nice to see two siblings hanging out, but man, they both look kinda bored. And, what’s with that weird tank top knot? Quick, explain.

The press on their new film, Spring Breakers written and directed by Harmony Korine follows the two women plus two others on a dangerous path of risky, spring break behavior. Looks like the media wants to photograph Gomez a bit more than Hudgens, which has made little Nessie a little bit pissed!
Gather reports that Hudgens, who has a larger role in the indie flick, is pissed that Gomez landed a starring role in a new film and that she’s not getting as much work or attention. Hudgens thinks it isn’t talent, beauty, or brains that landed Gomez the feature, but her uberfamous boyfriend, Justin Bieber.

I’d rather see pics like this of Jess than those silly phone pics…here, she looks healthy and youthful, and not starving for attention. Vanessa just got back from promoting Spring Breakers in Toronto and Venice, so a good healthy dose of North Hollywood gym culture seems like a great way to get back in the swing of things.
Plus, I think there’s a coldstone right by that gym. Happy Tuesday!
