Duane Chapman, most affectionately and professionally known and ‘Dog the Bounty Hunter,’ finds himself on the naughty side of a restraining order, issued by Travis Mimms, the father of his grandson. Travis had a son with Duane’s daughter Barbara-Katie Chapman who unexpectedly died in a car accident at 23-years-old back in 2006. Both Mimms and his girlfriend have been granted a temporary restraining order against Duane and his bounty hunter wife Beth as well.

“There is a lot going on,” Mimms told Star magazine on Friday, confirming that he obtained the TRO but refusing to elaborate. “I can’t talk about it at the moment.”

Mimms is the father of Dog’s 9-year-old grandson, also named Travis, and Star has learned exclusively that the two adults had a falling out more than a year ago but recently reconnected.

At one point Mimms worked for Chapman, whose A&E reality TV show has been on air since 2004.

The restraining order was issued in Hawaii, where all the parties reside.

Things weren’t always so bad. At one point Mimms worked for Duane, and the bounty hunter also paid for Mimms’ living expenses and housing.

Chapman’s daughter Barbara-Katie gave custody of her son to Duane one year before she died. She was battling a drug problem at the time and one source tells Star that she did not want Travis raising their son. But six months after Barbara-Katie died Travis approached the Chapmans and asked to be in his son’s life. The Chapmans helped him financially and eventually Travis started caring for the child full time.

Hannah Montana star Mitchel Musso was busted early Sunday morning in Burbank, Calif., for a DUI.

Law enforcement sources tell us … 20-year-old Musso was pulled over at 3:43 AM Sunday … after he failed to slow down for cops who were directing traffic for an unrelated accident.

We’re told … cops approached Musso’s 2007 black Mercedes Benz and detected a “strong odor of alcohol.”

Musso — who also stars on the Disney hits “Pair of Kings” and “PrankStars” — was given a field sobriety test … and we’re told he performed poorly.

Law enforcement sources also tell us … Musso was given a breathalyzer test and blew WELL ABOVE .08 … the legal limit in CA for people who are OVER the age of 21.

Bail was set at $5,000 and released from custody in just a few hours.

If you’re one of those that worries about the effectiveness of border control between the United States and Mexican border, worry no more. A gun-toting Steven Seagal has now become an official border patrol sheriff in Texas, and he’s not playing any games.

Seagal was sworn in as a sheriff’s deputy in Hudspeth County, Texas this weekend … and according to a sheriff’s dept. spokesman, he’ll be working full-time to help secure the border Texas shares with Mexico.

Shockingly, the rep insists Seagal’s work with the department has nothing to do with his A&E reality show, “Steven Seagal: Lawman.”

One of the sheriffs told Chron.com, “It became very clear to me that Mr. Seagal is not in this for the celebrity or the publicity … He’s like the rest of us that live down here, he has a sincere passion for his country and he wants to do more to help.”

I have yet to have my wisdom teeth removed, mostly for vanity purposes, but I’m sure when I do, I’m going to follow in the footsteps of horror film director Eli Roth and create a contest to give them away to a fan. That is, if I had fans.

The Hostel moviemaker underwent surgery to take out the molars earlier this week and has been keeping his Twitter followers updated about his condition.

And he’s giving one fan the chance to own the teeth if they think up a good use for them.

He writes on Twitter:

“Wisdom teeth: gone. Who wants ‘em? Either of these would make a lovely necklace or pair of earrings. You could proudly display my wisdom. Teeth. Whoever has the most fun, creative idea gets them.

“Simple is okay too (earring, necklace, nipple ring) but you have to tell me how you’re going to design it and then send a pic of the tooth when it’s done. I’m not the jewelry maker, I just grow the jewels. That sounded weird.

“So much to think about. Thanks for helping ease the pain of my Eraserhead cheeks. Love the ideas.”

Chris Tucker made headlines a few days ago after it was reported that his Florida mansion is being foreclosed on and that he owes over $4.4 million. The actor reportedly purchased the home back in 2007 for $6 million, but apparently the lavish digs are currently assessed at $1.6 million. That’s the least of his worries seeing as how he allegedly owes the IRS $11 million!!

But according to the Miami New Times, Chris was able to joke about his financial problems during his comedy show on Saturday night at the Fillmore Miami Beach.

“That’s the last time I let Wesley Snipes help me out with my taxes,” he said.

He later joked about bill collectors, saying, “They calling you acting like you owe them the money personally! ‘We need the money.’ I don’t owe you s***! This is between me and the company!”

Actress Amber Heard came out of the closet at last year’s Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation 25th anniversary celebration. Her reason? She wanted to help and encourage other lesbians.

The Playboy Club and Rum Diary actress insists she has always been open about her own sexuality but chose to make it obvious at the gala by turning up hand-in-hand with her partner, photographer Tasya van Ree.

Immediately, the straight media went crazy with reports about the blonde’s sexual preferences.

She says, “I’ve always been out. Way before that event, there were pictures of me walking to press events holding my girlfriend’s hand.”

But she had never really spoken about her sexuality and Heard can only hope the fuss was worth it.

She tells Black Book magazine, “I talked about my relationship because there’s a difference between being a private person and being part of the problem. I knew that I had a responsibility to young people, who right now are without many role models, to kind of step out of my comfort zone and acknowledge that I have a girlfriend without being ambiguous about it.

“At the end of the day, if you’re hiding something, then you are inadvertently saying it’s wrong, and I don’t feel like it’s wrong.”
