Entertainers are known to treat their assistants like…well…crap, but rapper Flo Rida‘s former assistant claims that he made her work under the worst conditions.

Mahogany Miller has sued Mr. Rida, saying that she worked for him since in August 2011 and was forced to work 65 hours a week, answer phones, and organize emails — all for $3.08 an hour.

After she confronted Flo about her unfair conditions, she was fired within 24 hours. She’s seeking unspecified damages.

That’s the worst! She can cut lawns for more than that.

Country superstar Randy Travis was arrested this morning after he was found drunk in his car.

Officers claim that Randy was parked, sitting in his car in front outside of the First Baptist Church in Sanger, Texas with an open bottle of wine at 1:30 in the morning.

He was hauled into Denton County Jail and then released just a few hours later. Nothing like spending some time in the tank.

It’s always sad to lose your best friend, especially one that’s been apart of your family for 20 years.

Miranda Lambert tweeted that her doggie died this week, and this just rounds off the recent sad times she’s already been having seeing as how she lost her best friend and father-in-law.

“My parents just told me. Headed now to bury my friend of 20 years.”

The country singer has always been a vocal animal lover, often raving about her dogs Delta, Delilha, Jessi, Waylon, Virginia Bluebell, Black Betty and Cher, and this sudden loss seems to have hit her hard.

“I hope what they say is right. What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.”

Modern Family‘s Sarah Hyland was spotted at The Grove in Los Angeles earlier today laughing it up during her interview with Mario Lopez for Extra.

Jean Dujardin is a new breakout star in America after his huge hit ‘The Artist’. But the French actor is under fire in his home country for his new movie poster.

The actor appears in series of posters for his new, French film “Les Infideles”, which is a movie about male infidelity.

A number of the posters, which appear as billboards and in magazines, are sexually suggestive, including one in which Dujardin is holding up the legs of a woman, and another where it appears co-star Gilles Lellouche is receiving oral sex. There are also posters that show Dujardin and Lellouche bare-chested, watching scantily clad women pass by.

Already, complaints have rolled in, and The Hollywood Reporter relays that the magazine Studio Cine Live has announced that the ads will be pulled. French news site The Local reports that Stéphane Martin, of the country’s professional ad regulation board, said in a statement that, “There is no pre-control for posters. However we have advised JC Decaux, who manages the poster sites, to take these down.”

“Les Infideles” hits theaters on February 29th, just days after Dujardin goes up for his first Academy Award. “The Artist” is favored to win Best Picture, while Dujardin, who has won both a Golden Globe and a Screen Actors’ Guild Award for his role as an iconic silent film star who gets left behind with the advent of talkies, is a favorite to win Best Actor.

I hope it does win Best Picture! It deserves it!
