Tyrese Gibson’s lengthy divorce, property settlement and custody battle have been finalized.

The former model filed for divorce from his wife Norma in January, citing irreconcilable differences following 10 months of marriage.

Norma challenged Gibson’s petition and accused him of being a bad father to their two year old daughter Shayla. She also requested a judge grant her some financial compensation, even though the union was so brief, because “(Gibson) earned roughly $800,000 during the 10 months of marriage”.

Gibson was ordered to give a $65,000 divorce payout – even though Norma signed a prenuptial agreement to walk away without a settlement if they ever split.

According to court papers obtained by RadarOnline.com, a judge approved all terms of the divorce on Thursday.

The former couple will share custody of Shayla, with the Fast & The Furious star paying $6,230 a month in child support.

Gibson will also get to keep the Californian home he bought before he wed Norma, while their other assets and cars have been divided.

TMZ has obtained the prenup between Tyrese Gibson and his soon-to-be ex Norma Gibson — and from the looks of it, she won’t be getting much when it’s all said and done.

According to the docs, Norma doesn’t get a piece of any of Tyrese’s possessions — not his production company, not his cars, not his house … nothing.

The prenup does state that Norma would get a lump sum of $50,000 for every year they were married — maxed out at 10 years. The couple was only married 10 months.

The prenup says that if either side files for separation or divorce, Norma has to move out of the house within 60 days — or else Tyrese can get a court order to make her move out.

So as I posted last week, Tyrese reportedly punched his 5 month pregnant girlfriend in the stomach.

The attorney representing the girlfriend of singer/actor Tyrese Gibson has issued a statement in response to an altercation that allegedly occurred at a Los Angeles home last Thursday night.

The woman’s attorney tells TMZ, “Reports that Tyrese punched my client — his girlfriend — in the arm, thigh or anywhere else are false. It is true, Mr. Gibson and his girlfriend had been arguing. She became very emotional and distressed during the argument and called 911 in an attempt to get a mediator. Mr. Gibson, frustrated, left the home. My client, Mr. Gibson’s girlfriend, who is 11 weeks pregnant, then became more upset and began throwing up. When the paramedics arrived, concerned about the baby, they took her to the hospital. Fortunately, she was fine. Once at the hospital, she was asked by a nurse whether she had been assaulted. She said no. She was then asked what her pain level was on a scale of zero to ten. She said zero. She then discharged herself. Mr. Gibson and his girlfriend are very much still in love, together and excited about their expectant child. She is quite saddened that this event was so distorted.”

Police sources tell TMZ they are “interested” in speaking to Tyrese about the incident.

No charges have been filed.

TMZ has learned that police are conducting a criminal investigation into allegations that R & B singer Tyrese punched his pregnant girlfriend twice in the stomach early this morning.

Police sources tell us that Tyrese’s live-in girlfriend claimed that the two got into a heated argument around 5:30 AM at their Los Angeles home. According to our sources, paramedics responded after Tyrese allegedly struck the woman, who is five months pregnant, twice in the stomach and then drove away from the scene.
