Tyra Banks has shut down whispers of an off-screen feud on America’s Next Top Model. The mogul and host, 34, denied claims that she and the show’s photo director, Jay Manuel, have been fighting so often that she was considering leaving the show.

“It’s stupid!” she told In Touch as she hugged and kissed her fellow fashion-loving friend at the Fiercee Awards on March 28 in New York. Jay couldn’t agree more. “Top Model will last forever,” Jay, 35, said. “It’s funny, people just make up things. Tyra is never leaving the show!” “Tyra and I go out shopping and eat dessert,” Jay says.

Supermodel and TV host Tyra Banks has denied rumors that she is about to leave her reality show America’s Next Top Model.

The former catwalk queen was rumored to be quitting the hit series after a number of fights with fellow mentor Jay Manuel and the pair are reportedly “not speaking”. It was also said that Banks’ stint on America’s Next Top Model was “detracting” her from her “big plans” to focus on her chatshow, The Tyra Banks Show.

Tyra’s spokesperson insists the reports are wildly inaccurate, saying, “The rumors about Tyra leaving and the fight with Jay are not true!”

Ashton Kutcher is teaming up with supermodel-turned-talk show host Tyra Banks for a new reality program about beautiful people living together. Kutcher and Banks, who have reality TV experience with Punk’d and America’s Next Top Model respectively, are developing the untitled show with U.S. network ABC.

Eight episodes of the program have so far been ordered, although television bosses are keeping the show’s exact nature a closely-guarded secret.

Supermodel-turned-talk show host Tyra Banks is planning to adopt a child. The 34-year-old wants to follow in the footsteps of celebrities including Madonna, Sharon Stone, and Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt by opening her home to a child in need.

She says, “I’ve wanted to adopt since I was nine. I have a connection with children and they don’t have to come from my womb for me to have that connection.”

Talk-show host and former Victoria’s Secret model, Tyra Banks is saying that she never bashed Britney Spears. According to some gossip sites and reports, at a recent private party, Ms. Banks was overheard saying:

“Britney Spears should just go ahead and kill herself after the album and go out like Marilyn [Monroe], very grand. She should have done it after the last album.”

Of course, Tyra is saying that she would never say something like that and she issued the following statement:
“Britney Spears is a friend and we correspond with each other. These alleged statements attributed to me are completely false.”

It is harsh if she did say that!

The supermodel is said to be very “insecure” about her hair and refuses to spend the night with men because she doesn’t want to remove her long fake locks in bed.

A source said: “Tyra is a confident woman for the most part, but she is really insecure about her hair. She doesn’t want any guy to see her without her wigs or hair extensions.

“Tyra feels like guys are with her for her image that they see on TV and in magazines. If one wakes up without her glamorous hair, she’s worried he may not call back!”

Meanwhile, the 33-year-old star has confessed she doesn’t like wine – but orders it in public just to look sexy.

Tyra said: “Every now and then I’ll order some wine at the table. I’ll only take two sips, but I’ll keep holding the glass cause it makes me feel sexy, but I still don’t drink it because it still tastes kind of nasty to me.”

The chat show host believes she is lucky as her dislike for alcohol means she won’t end up in rehab like other stars.

She said: “I feel like I’ve been very lucky because I don’t really have an addictive personality. I’m not really an ‘alcohol girl’ and I’m definitely not a ‘drug girl’.”
